Wake up and see the ocean from your Master bedroom and living room in this 1 bedroom plus separate den, 1.5 bath beachfront condo. Master bedroom with King Bed and Ocean views. Den with queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 5. Equipped with a full size kitchen, laundry in unit, towels and linens, new 75” & 55” Samsung Frame TV’s in living room & master bedroom, high speed internet, large private ocean front lanai. Resort amenities: private beach access, large pool, gas grills, fitness center, tennis & pickleball courts, assigned covered parking spot, package delivery, on-site staff. Walking distance to multiple dining venues, mini golf, ice cream parlors, shops, and movie theater.
There is an application fee to the complex of $150 and applications sent inside of 20 days have a $300 fee. Application fee is waived when the applicant has rented inside of the Sandcastle 1 within a 12 month period.

Perfect vacation

Beautiful condo, everything is brand new. Great location on the beach. Walkable to many restaurants. Owner very easy to work with. We loved it and already booked for next year.
