Our minimalistic & super clean studio will have you ready to get work done, recharge from your appointments, or just feel the relief of having a sanctuary. Our neighborhood is small & safe so you can come and go at any time with ease.

Our newly-renovated studio apartment is the perfect private home-base for your stay in Los Angeles.

The modern and minimalist design of our studio will have you in the right mindset to get work done from home, recharge from your appointments in the city, or just get the feeling of sanctuary.


✷MODERN: The entire studio was recently remodeled including brand-new bathroom and kitchen. We keep our place very clean, simple and light. You will be in modern comfort and enjoy maximal privacy.

☾GREEN: You will also have access to a beautiful garden and large 2-story deck with great views of LA and the mountains. There are tables and chairs in the garden and deck that you are welcome to use at any time.

✷CENTRAL: Located in the heart of Silverlake, you will be just 5 miles from Hollywood, Downtown, Chinatown and Little Tokyo. 3 miles from Dodger Stadium and the famous Griffith Observatory.



MORE ABOUT THE STUDIO:

➾KITCHEN: Our fully-stocked kitchen offers stainless steel appliances with stone countertop, gas range, fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and slow cooker. Kitchen also includes pots & pans, cooking oil, salt & pepper, dish sponge and soap, and a couple snacks to welcome you.

➾BATHROOM: Modern, minimalistic bathroom sports marble floors, glass entry to shower, hair dryer, and premium soaps, shampoos and other body products provided for your use.

➾SLEEPING: Our lofted 3/4 Double Bed is comfortable for most adults. Futon style mattress provides moderate cushion. The mid-century lounge couch also becomes a sleeping space similar to a twin mattress, with cushions, sheets and additional blankets provided.

➾DINING: Genuine stone diving table and mid-century chairs offer a comfortable place to eat, read, write and work on the computer. These activities can also be done at the coffee table in the central living area.

➾LOCATION: Our central location offers close and easy access to all major highway connections. You will be within a 1/2-mile of 365 Whole Foods, CVS, Starbucks, Silverlake Coffee, several restaurants, drinks, banks and library.

The famous Silverlake Reservoir, also just a mile away, features a 2-mile off-street walking path and 2 beautiful grassy parks. Perfect for picnics or lounging with a book.

➾SHOPPING: Retail opportunities within a 1-mile radius include Whole Foods, Rockaway Records, Silverlake Wine, local fashion and gift boutiques, bike shop with rentals, and more. Trader Joe's just 2 miles away.

➾NIGHTLIFE: 5 minutes from Sunset Junction—home to LA's best cafes, clubs, vintage stores, specialty shops, farmer’s market, the legendary Vista theater and much more. Just 5 miles from Hollywood, Downtown, Chinatown and Little Tokyo. 3 miles from Dodger Stadium and the famous Griffith Observatory.

➾PARKING: Free street parking is usually available adjacent to our property. Our driveway is available for unloading of bags; otherwise please utilize street parking. You will feel safe doing so in our small residential neighborhood.



➢HOUSE RULES—PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

-NO Parties, gatherings, photoshoots or film shoots of any kind.
-Only 1–2 guests. (Please book for two if another person will be staying with you.)
-PLEASE do not sneak additional guests in or you will be asked to leave.
-NO smoking or vaping of any kind inside.
-NO disposal of cigarette butts inside—please throw away in outdoor trashcan.
-NO shoes inside. Guests agree to remove shoes in the entryway before going upstairs.
-An additional fee will be assessed if excessive cleaning is required upon your departure.
-Check-in is anytime after 3PM (late check-in is no problem!)
-Check-out is by 11AM (late check-out MAY be accommodated upon prior request, but not guaranteed until the day before your check-out)
-Quiet between 10pm and 8am please.



➢FAQ'S—PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING:

-PARKING: Please utilize the free untimed parking all along our street. It is unmetered and untimed, so you may leave your vehicle parked for free as long as you need. You may use the driveway for loading and unloading of bags, but otherwise please utilize the free parking adjacent to our property. This allows us to still use our garage. Thank you for your understanding.

We request that you please utilize the free street parking available, so we are able to enter and exit our garage. .

-MAIL: Yes, you may receive packages here. Please be aware that package theft has been an issue in the past, so watch your tracking carefully. Letters and small packages end up in our locked mail box, so we do not recommend receiving those here—but if we receive something for you, we will drop it off for you.

-PRIVACY: The studio is completely private and shares no living spaces, windows, or doors with any other unit. You also have a private side gate entrance. The garden and deck are shared, but not heavily used, so there's a good chance you'll have them to yourself.

-UBER/LYFT: Yes, you can use a ride service. Our place is not hard to access.



The owners of the studio are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The owners of the studio are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guests. BY BOOKING THIS STUDIO, IT IS AGREED THAT ALL GUESTS OR OTHERS WHOM THEY INVITE TO USE THE PREMISE ARE EXPRESSLY ASSUMING THE RISK OF ANY HARM ARISING FROM THEIR USE OF THE PREMISES.

Guest access:
✷☾You will have a private side gate entry and walkway entrance to the studio, plus access to a shared 2-story deck with an amazing views of LA. Most times you will enjoy the deck fully to yourself.

The deck is shaded, lit, and has benches and seating built in, plus additional furniture. It's the perfect place for phone calls, breakfast, and having friends over for a chat. The property also has beautiful gardens that you are free to enjoy.

Other things to note:
➢Please note the bed is LOFTED, so this listing is not best for those with limited mobility. Also note the bed size is 3/4 Double, which is 6" less wide than a standard double.

➢You may use the driveway for loading and unloading of bags, but otherwise please utilize the free untimed parking all along our street. This allows us to still use our garage. Thank you for your understanding.
