Formal dining room with a beautiful antique light fixture, set with a table and seating for 6. Remodeled full bath and extra-large bedroom. Outdoor private courtyard with al fresco dining for 4. Can comfortably accommodate 4 guests with a new sofa bed. Close to lake with walking path, dog park and situated North of Sunset Blvd.
