I am very excited about being a VRBO host... I believe that life is about experiences and adventures and being a host for this home away from home is a great way for me to help people experience and adventure in the Sarasota lifestyle!

Why they chose this property

This property is conveniently located close to the fun shops and delicious restaurants downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle and the Legacy Trail which is a paved recreational trail, 18.5 miles long that runs from downtown Sarasota to Venice... this is a trail that you can run, walk, ride, roller blade... whatever adventure you want to take that particular day. The house is only 5.7 miles to Lido beach which takes about 15 minutes and 7.9 miles to Siesta Key Beach which takes about 16 minutes, depending on traffic of course. I fell in love with the natural light that pours into this house. The interior has been remodeled and is a cozy space that welcomes you. The back yard is fenced, shaded and has a peaceful sitting space for you to relax. You will also enjoy the gas grill where you can create a delicious dinner at home.
