Family Vacation

I will not be staying at this particular condo again. I also, was not pleased with the customer service I received from Southern Vacation Rental. I called to report several concerns and issues that we had including a dirty room, disgusting tub drain, broken doors, a tv not working, and a broken dryer and was told I would get an ETA on maintenance and never heard from them again. I also sent them a review and in that review had additional issues and concerns of bed bugs. Still no response. Very disappointed. We look forward to spending a week at the beach every year and spent a lot of money to rent this place. I do not recommend at all.

We loved the resort and the fact that it's walking distance to many things. Only complaint I have about the room is that they need new washer and dryer. The ones there are old and don't work properly.

Parking Pass

I really enjoyed our stay at The Summit. At check-in, we only received one parking pass, but the email said there would be 2 for the property. If you are going to send an email saying there will be 2 parking passes there should be 2 parking passes. Families and friends traveled 100s of miles to stay at your location. I was irritated that i had to tell my friend to go park at a lot because the property managers gave me the wrong info.
