canceled on me

I received an email on the morning of checking in that my reservation was canceled because the owner sold the property. Why did I find out the morning of when I had arrived to the city. I need VRBO to give me something back to keep my business

Weekend Stay

Food on the kitchen floor, felt like I needed to wash any dish or utensil before use, heat died halfway through our stay so we slept in a 50 degree house 2 nights.Owner did drive to bring us a heater, but it did not even warm up one room on it’s own. Wifi is said to be a part, but was never useable. I also reached out a month early to see if we could check in early and I did not hear back until our day to check in.

The house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space and quick access to wherever we needed to get. The property was clean and neat. The property manager answered any questions we had quickly and efficiently.
