Disliked: Communication

Booked this stay over a month in advance but less than a week prior to the trip, the property cancelled my reservation with no discussion or explanation. The property owner must have located a higher-paying guest to fill the property at the last minute. Although the property did provide a prompt refund, this is not good business.
