Great vacation

Weekend getaway for my wife and I

Efficiency condo was tastefully decorated, very good quality linens, clean with comfortable couch & chairs. Small balcony with table & 2 chairs made for pleasant lunch a fresco overlooking the Sound. We appreciated the full size refrigerator. It was much much nicer than a hotel/motel.

Honestly a perfect space in a great location. Zero complaints. Seamless process all around. Came to visit my kid. Was able to make some of his favorite foods for him. Will be back, hopefully, a couple times a year. Would love to rebook.

Never received the code to get in the rental, no communication with the host till well after we had to find another place to stay which was about 30 min away from the reason we choose the area we booked originally. Since we planned on an apartment we brought food which we could not use. Overall bad experience and would not recommend.

Remote service did not work . We were on mission trip in Madagascar. We learned our lesson to never rely on remote service again. We confirmed that guests were appropriately reimbursed for inconvenience.

We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked very inviting. Bed was comfortable. The sliding glass door was hard to open & close but once out on the balcony, the view was nice. This efficiency has 2 TVs -- one that faces the bed & one that faces the couch! How cool is that? We were only here one night so we didn't get to enjoy all the amenities. The owners are good at keeping up with maintenance, and are very communicative and generous. We would stay here again.

It's a studio but no amenities were spared. I do not have any complaint at all about the place itself. Even the couch was comfortable. If that chair had been a recliner, I would have been in Heaven's waiting room, LOL. My only issue (not complaint) was somehere, either above or next door, sounded like their patio door or something needed some oil. Even with that, it didn't take away from the comfort of this studio. Just lovely.
