Living Area: A bright and energetic space featuring a cozy couch, a bold orange SMEG fridge, black SMEG toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. Relax with your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.
Bedroom: Unwind in a haven of personality with tiger-print wallpaper, iconic musician portraits, and a plush bed for restful nights.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with essentials, including a state-of-the-art Waterdrop G3 Reverse Osmosis System for fresh, filtered drinking water.
Bathroom: Enjoy modern convenience with a walk-in shower, plush towels, and all the essentials.
Outdoor Space: A private patio with seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. An outdoor shower adds extra convenience after a day at the beach.
Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer available for longer stays.

• Check-In/Out Times: Check-in is available from 4 PM, and we kindly request that check-out be completed by 10 AM. This schedule helps us ensure that each guest arrives to a perfectly prepared home.

MAINTENANCE REQUEST:
Your comfort matters to us. After check-in, we kindly ask that you let us know within 2 hours if there are any cleaning or maintenance concerns so we can help right away when possible. Items reported later will be handled as soon as we’re able the next day. We truly appreciate you letting us know.

We kindly ask all guests to notify us of your expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. This helps us ensure the property is fully ready and any access arrangements are smooth.

• Safety: Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit, and storm shutter doors for weather preparedness.
• Sustainability: Eco-friendly practices are encouraged, including recycling and energy conservation.
• The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay. Detailed checkout instructions can be found in the StellarDweller reservation portal, which was sent to you on your booking date.

For your comfort and peace of mind, our property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This small device monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone

The Property can accommodate boat parking but the guest needs to coordinate the size of it.

• The space is designed exclusively for adults—infants and pets are not allowed.
• We strive to maintain a peaceful community atmosphere. As such, we enforce a no-smoking policy inside the bungalow and ask that noise be kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. • Safety Features: For your safety, the bungalow is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and a first aid kit. Emergency contacts and safety information are provided in the welcome kit. • Weather Preparedness: The original container doors serve as storm shutters, providing extra protection. Please follow any additional instructions provided during storm alerts or unexpected weather changes. • Sustainability Commitment: We are committed to eco-friendly practices. Please help us by recycling and conserving energy where possible during your stay. • Local Wildlife: As we are close to natural habitats, you may encounter local wildlife. We ask that you enjoy observing them from a distance and refrain from feeding them. • Connectivity: High-speed wireless internet is provided to ensure you stay connected. However, please note that extreme weather conditions may occasionally impact connectivity. • Parking: One designated parking spot is available per booking. Please use only the assigned spot to avoid any inconvenience to neighbors. • Personalized Access: Your unique access code for the smart lock will be sent prior to your arrival and is only valid for the duration of your stay for enhanced security.

LINENS/SUPPLIES: The linens and supplies provided will not be replenished during your stay as housekeeping is not provided, you have the option to use the the washer/dryer provided (if the property includes in unit) or you can use the community laundry to clean linens which is normally coined check the house manual for codes. Consumables have already been provided for the duration of your stay. To maintain the quality and cleanliness of our linens and Towels, we kindly ask guests to avoid using them for any items that may cause stains or discoloration, such as makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks. Many of these substances cannot be removed easily, and in some cases, the stains are permanent. When this happens, the linens must be disposed of and replaced, which comes at an additional cost. If our cleaning team provides a photo report of stained or damaged linens beyond normal use, a replacement or cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
