the home is beautiful 30 second walk to the pool, you should get the golf cart for going to the beach (hauling the kids and beach equipment).very clean and easy check in, I would recommend this place to anyone. Family Vacation

This was our first time to Folly Beach and we enjoyed it all. The house was spacious, very clean and close to everything. We walked to the beach with our wagon full of beach stuff but it wasn't a bad walk at all (even with a little one in the stroller). We also rented two bikes which helped if someone needed to go back to the house for something while we were on the beach. Shops, restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Very quiet community so it definitely is not a "party" place if that is what you are looking for. The pool access was a must and we used it quite frequently. We also saw dolphins from the dock off the pool area. The only thing that may pose a problem for our next stay is there are only two parking spaces. Luckily it worked for us this time. But, all in all, I would definitely rent again!

Family vacation

The property is as listed, clean, and comfortable. My father was with us and the stairs were tough for him but hard to avoid homes without stairs in that area. Management got back to me in a timely manner even outside of office hours. Be careful when parking, if you are even on a line they will put a sticker on your car. Would recommend having extra blankets available for guests, but other than that we were fine. We were happy with the unit & how it was centrally located & quiet.
