Make memories that will last a lifetime in this three-bedroom, three-bath condo with beautiful marsh views. This home is conveniently located just a short walk across the river from downtown Folly Beach, where you'll find delicious local restaurants and access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The beach is a little farther down Center Street, about a 15-minute walk from the condo.

The master has a king bed and its own bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower/tub and a new king bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and direct access to the third full bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. Finally, we have a queen-sized pull-out sofa in the living room. No need to worry about the stairs, we have an elevator! We also provide a cart and four beach chairs in a storage closet on the ground level.

While visiting the “Edge of America”, take a day trip to Historic Charleston, just a short 10-minute drive, where you can enjoy breathtaking southern style homes and a wide array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Or stay home and watch the sunrise while drinking your morning coffee, take a swim in the community pool, and catch the sun again as it sets with an evening cocktail, all from the private screened-in patio. There's a community park with a fishing/crabbing pier just across the river. There is a public boat ramp on the other side of the bridge but you'll have to coordinate parking the boat/trailer offsite. If you want to bring a boat please check with us first.

Other “must do’s” include paddle boarding, dolphin tours, visiting any of the numerous plantations, Fort Sumter, and the Angel Oak.

We have two parking passes for the condo. If you plan on bringing a third car you might have to park it on a side street across the bridge.
