Sunset lovers and Electric Vehicle Owners, this is the vacation retreat of your dreams! This 3 bedroom 3 bath elevated corner condo is situated in the ideal location to maximize your vacation and explore all that the Lowcountry has to offer. From your doorstep, you'll be less than a 1-minute drive from the heart of Folly Beach. As there are no EV charging stations on the island, this unit has its own private Level 2 charging station for a small additional fee, so make the most of your 2 reserved parking spaces and leave your car charging as you take a short (and scenic) stroll to Center Street and all the best food and entertainment Folly has to offer. Heading to historic downtown Charleston? Accessibility is a breeze; just turn your car on and turn left and in less than 10 miles you'll be there. At Sunset Retreat you'll have the beach, a marina, shops, restaurants, and city life all at your fingertips! The rental is comfortably furnished and generously equipped to meet all of your needs. You'll find ample appliances, TVs, and a full laundry. Cooking enthusiasts will feel right at home with the renovated kitchen. The placement of this condo is unique so you can take in the breathtaking sights of the setting sun over the marsh directly from your personal balcony! The views go on for miles! The primary bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom appointed with a stand up shower and Jacuzzi tub. Right outside of your own personal retreat, you'll find a pool for the days you want to soak up the South Carolina sun, a dock for the days you may want to kayak, and the beach and restaurants are only a 10-15 minute walk away! The possibilities are endless at Sunset Retreat!

Sunset Retreat allows up to 2 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire.

While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.

Property description was accurate and check in seamless and Layle who welcomed us was so wonderful and helpful. My daughter and future son-in-law were having their engagement photos done by the lighthouse on Folly Beach. Great location- spacious layout for 6 adults and our precious Grand dog! We were able to walk to shoppes and restaurants and only 10 minutes from Charleston. We will be back!

Sunsets & Dolphins On The Bridge!

Awesome place with an easy and nice walk the main area of Folly Beach. We saw a nice sunset and dolphins on the bridge a min away from our condo.Well stocked unit, nice marsh view, bathroom for every bathroom, and elevator close by. Great covered parking spot, reserved for the unit. Easy drive to Charleston or just to James Island. Would recommend!

This is the corner unit so the view is unobstructed and just gorgeous. The small pier in the photo is not condo property fyi. Not a bad walk to the beach/pier and you can drive as well just be willing to pay for parking.

Great Vacation

This place was awesome. Perfect location, close enough to the beach but far enough to not be stuck in high Folly Beach traffic. The HOA was doing some upgrades on the property and didn't communicate with Best Rentals which caused some aggravation but minutes after reaching out vis website the manager called me personally, gave me her cell and they jumped on any issues immediately. Customer service all week was as good as it could possibly be. We will definitely be back, the sunset from the deck was amazing, the place was clean, parking great, nice and quiet with everything our family needed.

Christmas family gathering

I stayed here with my son and his 2 sons ages 12 and 13. I wish the weather had been better as it was in the 20's and 30's until the day we left. It's a very nice place with plenty of room. We stayed inside because of the extreme cold weather. We couldn't find the paddles to the hand mixer anywhere. We made a delicious Christmas dinner but needed the mixer.
