Perfect spot, you do have steps. Fenced in yard worked great with our dog. Master bed room bed was great, slept well. Second bed room mattress a little uncomfortable for parents. Remember bug spray for outside because it is nice and shady.

We had a wonderful stay and this home was perfect for us! We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and I really appreciated that the pet fee was clearly communicated ahead of time.The fenced-in yard was a huge plus. They even added chicken wire along the bottom in areas where a small dog might otherwise be able to slip through, which gave us extra peace of mind. There were also grassy areas that made taking the dogs out really easy.I loved that the house sits back and up from the road. We could sit on the front porch and watch people go by while still feeling like we had plenty of space and privacy.Inside, everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, the sheets were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed.The location was great, and I would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling with pets, kids, or just looking for a comfortable place to stay at Folly Beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Unbeatable location, right around the corner from our FAVORITE 24/7 convenience store/deli- Bert’s, and best beach access! House is exactly as pictured in photos. A little weathered as expected, but so clean and functional! Spacious and minimal, which we loved!Hosts were so quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great little place!

This house was darling - perfect for a weekend getaway. The location is as good as it gets - walk to the beach, the pier, restaurants. Inside was exactly as pictured and VERY clean! Everything we needed for our stay was included. Would highly recommend!

This is an older house, which has many elements of charm that can only be found in an older "classic" beach house. The place was very clean. Bed linens were nice. The kitchen was quite modern. The location is excellent, being a short walk to the beach and fishing pier.

Girls getaway! (Mom, sister, and daughter)

The beach house was exactly as pictured! It is an older house but well maintained. The beach is within walking distance. We enjoyed walking thru the town and bought some souvenirs. Would stay again!

Great location. Enjoyed proximity to the pier because we could sit in its shade when on the beach. One block walk to Center Street. Floor needs to be cleaned. The bottoms of our feet were black from going barefoot in the house. Bed in bedroom to the left as you enter the house is unstable. Shelves in kitchen could use a good wipe down.

A great getaway

The house was exactly as pictured and described. It was VERY clean and well-equipped with everything one would need to cook (though we did order out every night :) )Good quality linens, nice toiletries.

Older home but nice

The property is definitely older but is nicely updated. It was clean and close to the beach/pier. Nice spacious outside atea for grilling/lounging. Very close to center.

Perfect for a family trip

The home is adorable and had plenty of space for our family of 5. There is a nice little game room upstairs adjacent to the loft bedroom & the kitchen was a nice size. The upstairs windows could definitely use some coverings for privacy & the broom was oddly short so many a new, longer one would be nice. Also parking was a bit of an issue

We enjoyed out stay great location. Everything needed on kitchen and bath. Extra blankets and towels etc. A fan for upstairs may be good and the grounds were a little messy when we got there but it had been pouring also. The box that holds beach stuff was open with stuff all over. The outdoor shower was nice. We weren’t sure on cable seemed to be just streaming. Thanks again.
