We LOVED this property! We had plenty of space, an awesome outdoor area for relaxing, and the location couldn’t have been better for walking to the beach and little shops. We will definitely stay again in the future!

This is the perfect beach cottage! My family was very comfortable and happy at Dolphin Cottage for a long weekend in Folly. The house was very clean, comfortable, laid-back, and cheerful. It is well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom basics as well as lots of beach amenities. Location is great for Bert's other food and shops, with the beach just a few blocks away. We loved this stay and can't wait to return.

This was our second stay and I’m booking a third! It’s clear this is a well-loved cottage whose owners don’t just view it as an investment property - it’s a home away from home. Lots of amenities, close to the beach and restaurants, shops, etc. it’s great for a family beach vacation.

Great kitchen setup if you're a one manshow like I am. Good equipment. If you need a roaster to do a 10 pound roast, bring your own like I did, but well equipped. Plenty of towels, especially for the dogs. Nice setup and setting outside and in.
