Folly Vacation Beautiful Beach Cottage 209-A

Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.

You'll find the comforts of home and make lasting vacation memories in this charming three bedroom, two and half bath beach house, located one block from Center Street where all the restaurants and night life are and only a short walk to the beach.

There is plenty of room to relax in this newly renovated three bedroom, two and half bath cottage style home that is sure to fulfill all your vacation needs. On the first floor, this home has a living room comfortably furnished with a leather queen size sleeper sofa, a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, dining area, half bath powder room, laundry and master king size bedroom with a full bath. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Upstairs on the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed, each have high end mattresses, upgraded linens, flat screen TVs, and a full size Jack and Jill bathroom.

The yard is beautifully landscaped, with a BBQ grill, dining table and chairs, private outdoor hot and cold rain shower and completely fenced to offer plenty of space for the kids and/or dogs to play. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and four beach chairs. ​​​​​​​This home is 1,600 Sq. Ft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

This home has a private driveway for parking up to 3 vehicles, and is located 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, shopping, restaurants and much more.

Beautiful home in great location

The cottage is just 2 blocks off center st (the hub of Folly Beach) but the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The house was clean, well appointed and modern. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay.

Great Folly Beach Home

This is the best house we’ve stayed at in Folly to date. Very clean and open layout. Great fenced in backyard for our dog and grill. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens and well equipped kitchen. Great location-walked to everything. Will definitely stay again.

Best trip ever

We loved the house and the neighborhood! Wish we could've stayed longer. The house had everything you'd need to relax and enjoy your stay. The rocking chairs out front were the perfect place to relax and watch the kids run around, and the backyard was perfect, complete with a bird nest of cardinals that greeted us every morning. Very easy walk to the beach and the main strip filled with restaurants and shops!

30th Birthday

We booked this house for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The outside of the house makes it look small, but the inside is SO spacious that it comfortably fit all of us. The kitchen was perfect for "family style" cooking, and the outdoor shower was great for afternoons after the beach. There was plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street around the house, and we were walking distance to everything. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation! We will certainly rent this house again :)

Great stay

This house is located in the heart of Folly. It's been renovated and has an amazing kitchen with everything you need. The outdoor shower is very convenient after a day at the beach. Beds are comfortable and the house is in great condition. The only con is the A/C upstairs doesn't work much. There are 2 fans in each bedroom but it's always warm. Also, I was told by the rental company there were beach chairs in the house, but there weren't any. Other than than, the house is great!

Folly Beach Weekend

Myself and a group of close friends enjoyed a long weekend at the beach for a birthday celebration get together. The home we rented was very clean with a large kitchen and wonderful fenced-in backyard. We enjoyed these aspects very much. The best aspects of the home were the convenient location, walking distance to the beach and the town center, the large kitchen, and backyard. We enjoyed cooking on the charcoal grill as well. The main frustration for the weekend was that the home was stocked (in our opinion) quite minimally. Having many of the guests come from out of town, it would have been nice to have a few things provided at the home. For example, the kitchen was minimally stocked (salt, pepper) and there was only 1 garbage bag left to re-fill. Another suggestion would be to provide beach towels, as these would be quite bulky for someone to have to travel with. Also, the laundry soap was left out on the counter in a small unlabeled bowl. I understand the location was the "most convenient location", but could be a potential hazard if you visited with small children. Also, someone in our party almost mistook it for a dishwasher pod instead of a laundry soap pod - which could have been a big mess. Best, Alex

Some kind of experience.

The home was cozy aside from from the house guests that were already there ( spiders and roaches ). The Master bedroom toilet we notice the first day appeared to be backing up and we decided not to use that toilet. I Left a message about these issues and got no response. Realized we brought some roaches home with us when I found myself stripping in the median in the street because one was above my head in the car and dropped down on my back😡🥺another one in a family members luggage. As i statedI contact the hostess /management of property left a message and never heard back from her. It would've nice to have an exterminator and plumber come on that day and also respond to my messages considering the amount of money spent. Which brings me to the next topic. The house was cute but not worth the money. I stayed in newer, bigger and better for the same price range. There are a lot of house rules and guidelines ( washing a load before checkout, responsible for plumbing if it messes up during your stay). I'm on vacation and I don't want to worry about laundry and house repairs. Cleaning up behind myself is one thing and we did just that before leaving ,made a video just in case but, being responsible for plumbing and laundry is a bit much.

Great Folly Beach stay

Accommodations were just as described in the listing and were very comfortable. We used the kitchen to make some meals and found everything we needed. Location was just right, far enough from the main commercial area that it wasn’t busy but close enough that it was an easy walk or bike ride. Walk to the beach is easy using the trail behind the house.

Absolutely wonderful home , loved every moment we spent at this beautiful beach house!! We where running behind on checkin time of 4pm, loved the added touch of having the lights on for us and TV. So welcoming!!The kids loved the outdoor shower and the mermaid made of sea shells.
