About this property

Cypress Cottage Home located in East Beach near everything Kiawah has to offer!

Our luxury home is located in the Heart of Kiawah in Cypress Point - minutes from golf, tennis, restaurants, and the beautiful Kiawah Island Beach!

On the first floor there is a large living room, a den with a large flat screen TV and wrap around seating, a gourmet kitchen featuring Bosch appliances, a dining area with seating for 8, a powder room, and a screened porch for outdoor dining. Also on the first floor is a large master suite with a walk in closet and a beautiful marble bathroom with a large walk in shower.

On the second floor, there are two queen bedrooms (one with a work from home desk) and a twin bedroom all with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a walk- in laundry room.

On the ground level, there is an outdoor space with some outdoor seating and a grill.

Our neighborhood has a tranquility pool for the exclusive use of owners and their guests. It is within 100 feet of our house. A great place to cool off after a day of fun and activity!

We are a short walk to the 5 Star Sanctuary Resort and Spa, the Beach, Roy Barth Tennis Center, and the Turtle Point Golf Course and Learning Center. Fresh Fields Village boasting a gourmet supermarket and many other shops is approximately 4 miles away and accessible by car or bicycle. Kiawah Island Nature Center and Night Heron Park are also a short distance away.

There is so much to see and do in Kiawah and our home is the perfect location and respite for relaxation!

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 (and 2021) PGA Championships; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary Hotel and Spa; Wireless Internet Access; and full concierge services to assist you with arranging all of the details of your trip, including transportation, stocking the house with groceries before your arrival, setting up bike rentals and beach chairs, dinner reservations, and arranging trips into Charleston. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean).
We have a no pets and no smoking policy. There are parking spots in the driveway for two cars. There is no parking available on the street. Accommodation tax not included in the rate. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remainder due 45 days before arrival. Accommodations for a maximum of 8 people only (children are counted as people). E-bikes are not allowed in Kiawah. Business License #RBL20-000415

Six of us stayed for a week (4 adults, two kids) and had a great time. Location was perfect near everything and place was as advertised. Nice touch was bathroom/shower in every bedroom… and a small lift for luggage to 3rd floor. Pool was nice and right next door and fairly secluded. Would recommend and stay again.

Very organized pre- arrival! This home was fantastic in every way! I feel the photographs did not do the beauty of all the rooms justice! We grilled and ate in several times and really enjoyed it! The community pool was awesome! We definitely would love to come back!!

Labor Day getaway

Absolutely gorgeous place and a quick 7 min walk to the beach. We set up our beach spot next to the Sanctuary to be able to get lunch and drinks, again an easy walk. Perfectly situated on the Island, 12 min ride to The Ocean Course and 5 mins from the front gate to get to Freshfields area and to run into Charleston. The home is stunning and was immaculate when we arrived. I absolutely plan on coming back and would highly recommend this home.

We live in Connecticut and began vacationing in Kiawah about 20 years ago and fell in love with it. Our children and family have so many memories in Kiawah. We can't get enough of it!

Why they chose this property

We have owned properties on Kiawah for a few years. When this development started going up, we knew we had to be a part of it. The homes are beautiful and luxurious and they are right in the Heart of Kiawah - close to everything!

What makes this property unique

Our house is situated in a private enclave with a private tranquility pool only for the use of owners and their guests. We have a beautiful outdoor space with a ping pong table and some seating while you cook on the grill. You can have privacy while also being so close to everything - Golf, the Sanctuary, Tennis, the Beach, and Restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride!
