Enjoy all Folly has to offer without needing a car! Follitude is in one of the best locations on Folly Beach at Water's Edge, which is an easy and short stroll to down town shops, restaurants, and the beach (it's 4 blocks to the beach) - but tucked away on a quiet street of colorful Charlestonian-style homes.

We are on the river side so you'll enjoy amazing views of the Folly River and marsh from the screened-in porch (outfitted with sofa, chairs, coffee table, and ottoman) and from the second-floor master balcony (outfitted with chaise lounger, chairs and side table.

The home sleeps 7 comfortably. Queen bedroom on first floor bedroom with full bath. On second floor, there is a queen bedroom with ensuite bath on one end of the hall and a large bedroom with king bed with ensuite bath on the opposite end of hall. There is a single roll away bed to be used wherever you need. Upscale king bathroom boasts stunning glass tile in the extra large shower and separate soaking tub. Plenty of privacy!

Family friendly for babies: pack and play, booster seat, potty training toilet, radio flyer, many sand toys provided.

Kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal - plenty of dishware, pots/pans, utensils, baking trays, casserole dishes, and a large chef's kitchen sink.

58-inch Smart Samsung TV with HD in living area; flat-screen TVs in king and in queen bedrooms.

LG washer and dryer and ironing board/iron is in laundry area on second floor.

Community pool open from April-October and community dock for fishing and watching sunsets.

Perfect for our long weekend family get away!! We loved it. We walked to restaurants, shops and to the beach!! Beautiful sunset from the dock with Pelicans keeping an eye on us.The townhouse has plenty of room on each level. Well equipped kitchen with top end appliances and everything needed if you wanted to cook. Looking forward to come back next year.

First of all the property was great!! There are a few things that would have been nice. Regular shampoo, conditioner & body wash/ soap in all bathrooms was needed. Kleenex box in each room also. Rug in downstairs bedroom had not been vacuumed. Some of the pans & 9x13 were pretty greasy dirty. The tub in the upstairs bathroom is starting to back up.

Easily a 10 out of 10! Shannon is an excellent host, who answered my million and one questions promptly and in detail. The property met and exceeded expectations. The location was perfect for our family with a community dock, pool, walking distance to the beach, easy access on and off the island, etc...The only thing to note, it is not a negative, but the two car garage is narrow, really narrow. However, there is a parking pass for the outdoor parking spaces in the community which are only a 1 minute walk from condo. Having one son just completed The Citadel and another in his Sophomore year at The Citadel we come down each fall for Parents Weekend. This condo is one we will definitely try to return to.

Love Folly and loved the location of the property Could have had nicer amenities(towels old and tiny). The owners were FABULOUS on their communication and allowing us to check in early after a long drive from Ohio. Would definitely stay again, could just use a refresh.

Wonderful Staycation

My family came into town for a wedding and we decided to get this rental for four nights. Wonderful location with a five minute walk to the downtown Folly stretch of restaurants and less than ten minute walk to the beach. Spacious layout, clean, and great communication with the hosts. Highly recommended!

Great family stay-cation

We spent the weekend at Folly with my parents (visiting from MA) and our children and this townhouse was perfect! Beautiful view of the marsh, plenty of space and so convenient to the beach. Children specific amenities (wagon, pack n play, beach toys, etc.) were a huge perk!

Great Property with Awesome Location!

We rented for a girl’s weekend where we wanted to be by the water and still explore Charleston and it was perfect! The house was great, clean and beautiful. The layout was perfect so we each had our own rooms and the porches were great to enjoy the view! It was located about 25 min from the tourist areas of Charleston which was perfect. It was also so close to Folly Beach and all the shops and restaurants in town we couldn’t have asked for a better spot! We walked the beach each morning and grabbed coffee and walked back into town every night for dinner. Would definitely come back!

Excellent Stay!

From beginning to end, this was a great experience! Shannon was a great host, home was spacious, clean, and beautiful, and location was perfect. Bikes were great for cruising around the island and we could walk to live music every night. The home was nice and quiet and views from 2 decks were gorgeous. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great location within walking distance to everything

We had a great time spending a summer week at the house. It had everything we needed and was close enough to the beach and town that we felt comfortable letting our kids( 12 and 13) walk around on their own to get ice cream or to the beach. The best part is that you are a 5 minute walk away from lots of activity (bars, restaurants, shops) but the neighborhood itself is very quiet. We would definitely come again.

Perfect place for the family!

The location of this place to the beach and to the city of Charleston was perfect. Our girls loved to be able to get around Foley Beach on the bikes and the extra beach equipment available was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, time of the screened in porch and access to the private pier. We also appreciated the recommendations for places to eat and things around the area to do. For anyone who loves tea, we would definitely recommend a trip to the Charleston Tea Plantation. We also loved our day trip into Charleston.

Fabulous Follitude

We enjoyed our extra long weekend Anniversary trip so much! The townhouse was fabulous, very clean and in a wonderful neighborhood. Shannon was awesome answering questions when we arrived and the amenities were wonderful. We will be contacting this owner again in the spring!

Enjoyable for the whole family

We rented this condo last summer and it was wonderful to have such a lovely space to stay. The condo is in a great area that allows not only a short walk to the beach and downtown (about 2 blocks) but also allows for crabbing/fishing off the private dock. We enjoyed it so much, we booked a week this summer as well! We had 6 people and there was plenty of elbow room for us, with 3 bathrooms making the clean up between the beach and dinner quick and easy! Thanks for offering such a wonderful vacation option for us!

3 Blocks from home.

I grew up at Folly in the 70's a block off Center St. so I already knew the location was fabulous. Walking distance to everything. So a new modern condo with a view was a nice find. The balconies are great, the shading allows long hours use even in the 90's. Hope to return.

Folly Phenomenal!!

We had an AMAZING week at Follitude! This property was beautiful and a perfect fit for our family of six! The location of the house is great because it's walking/biking distance to all the attractions (beach, pier, restaurants, and shops). We loved the pool and ended our beach days there for a nice soak in the shade before getting ready for dinner. We also loved that the house had EVERYTHING we needed for the week including beach chairs and bikes for everyone! We made some wonderful memories at Folly Beach and will definitely return again. Thanks Shannon and Sean!!

Relaxing getaway

Great property! We loved staying at the condo. When we arrived the condo was clean. It smelled fresh, which isn't always the case in homes near the marsh/beach. The beds were super comfortable and the area was quiet for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in balcony in the evenings and relaxing with the cool breeze. The beach, local restaurants, and churches were all within walking distance. The condo had several bikes to use as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone considering a stay in Folly Beach.

Great townhome

The townhouse was a great place to stay for the weekend....it accommodated our family very well, was withing walking distance to everything, and in a very quiet area.( My grandson loved looking at the boats in the"backyard"). The bedrooms worked great for us, as we have a 4 yr. old and 4 mo. old grandsons. Everything we needed was there, even though we didn't have the chance to use all of the outdoor equipment provided. We would definitely rent this unit again, the owners were very easy to work with, as we made last minute reservations.

Beautiful Home in a Perfect Location

My friends and I enjoyed reuniting at the beach. The home is as advertised. The master bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. The spaciousness of this home was perfect for 3 adults. Cons: The beach chairs and bikes are rusted. Housekeeper failed to pay attention to some details in 1st floor bathroom and in the master bedroom. The owner was contacted regarding and her response time was nearly immediate. Would we stay there again? Absolutely!

The back porch is our favorite place to relax with water views of the river. The community offers a day dock, fishing pier and a pool.
