The first floor offers a king master suite, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 full/twin bedroom. The first floor also has a laundry room with washer/dryer and second refrigerator. The second floor has a huge living area with open kitchen/dining area. The second floor also has a king master suite, Florida room off the kitchen, and an upstairs widows loft. Both floors offer wrap-around porches with beautiful ocean views. This home is located 3 blocks from downtown Folly Beach, Folly Beach Pier and a short 15-20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. This vacation home is large enough to accommodate large families with ample parking.

Spacious & lovely home. Very good location. Kitchen well equipped. Parking excellent. Elevator was wonderful.Host, Kate, was very attentive and helpful.Floors were not swept well. Living room rug needed cleaning :(

This is an awesome property! It is beautiful - large enough to accommodate family gatherings and so very comfortable! The beach is a stone's throw away and so gorgeous! The house is in walking distance of Center Street and all the restaurants & shopping anyone could want! Kate (our host) is super - very easy to contact and ensures that any needs are taken care of quickly. She definitely made me feel as though my family's visit was if the utmost importance to her. My whole crew feels as though we have found our vacation home/place!

Such a beautiful house steps from the beach. The beach access is directly across the street from this house, The decks are amazing and the kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for all of us to hang out in.Love Love Love this house!

Great family time

Perfect home for several couples to enjoy great common space and spacious, private bedrooms. The lift was a bonus and fantastic for those of us with old joints and for those of us bringing up the suitcases and provisions. Steps from the beach and such a cute welcoming town. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was everything we hoped for and needed. Beautifully furnished, quite comfortable. Would suggest more outside lights as house was hard to find at night due to beautiful large live oak tree in front.

Great house for a family or group

The elevator worked well for a family member with limited mobility. One of the bedrooms has a walk in shower with a seat, also helpful for limited mobility. Kitchen is well stocked, much better than your average rental house.

Great Family Home

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for two years in a row! There is plenty of room for our extended family with a large well-appointed kitchen, two master suites, laundry room, and 4 1/2 bathrooms. The elevator is a big help in bringing in luggage and groceries. We love the close beach access too!

Family vacation

The house is large with plenty of room for our group of 9. Location is very convenient. House needs a good cleaning and some upgrades. Expected for the price for it to be much nicer inside. Furnishings very worn, shower missing 1 door, and overall just ok. However, we enjoyed our week and house served our purpose.

Friends Vacation

We stayed as a group of four couples and this place worked out great. The property was clean and comfortable. Owner was great to work with, and communication was very quick and helpful. Beach access is literally across the street from the house, a one minute walk and you're on the beach. A five minute walk and you were in the heart of Folly Beach. I would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic Location & Space for Big Family

We loved staying in this house at Folly Beach. The space was perfect for our large, multi-generational family. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are all very well appointed. Ease of access to the beautiful beach cannot be emphasized enough! There’s plenty of parking for 5, 6 or more vehicles on both sides of the house. We loved the 2nd and 3rd floor porches. Main Street/Folly beach is an easy 2-block walk. We were visiting during July 4, a very busy & festive time on Folly. We —grandparents—loved the quietness of the street the house is on and our adult children loved the 3-minute walk to town. We will definitely be coming back!

Great experience!

Immediate reply on question we had. Communication was excellent throughout the process.even offered the give us additional time for departure. We all loved the house, easy access to the beach and of course the elevator help out with moving in and out. There are a lot of steps but the elevator would be available for those who may not be able to use the steps. Top notch reservation!

Overall we had a good week but there were some issues early on. The floors had not been swept and there were several ant traps placed around the third floor. We found out why as within the first 30 minutes we killed a dozen big red ants. We slid the couch and loveseat forward and found food crumbs, candy wrappers and other trash underneath. The majority of the ants were found in this area. We purchased spray and treated around the sliding doors, baseboards and windows. We also placed new ant traps. After this we didn't see many over the rest of the week until the day we were leaving. The cleaning crew did not stock toilet paper outside of what was on the rollers. This was true for all the bathrooms. We had 9 people so that wasn't going to work. There was a secondary refrigerator on the second floor. It didn't cool and the freezer wouldn't freeze. We reviewed the owners manual to trouble shoot the issue and did everything it suggested. Nothing worked! One of the A/C units did not seem to be working. When we checked the controls on the third floor one, all was good. The second floor one read that is was not working. There were two grills on the third floor back porch. One had no interior guts to it so it was no more than a shell. The other was in horrible condition. We lifted the grilling racks to clean them and noticed one of the flavoring bars was totally rusted out and snapped in half. The other was in horrible condition but still intact. All else was good.
