This original Folly home circa 1927 has breath -taking front beach views with a porch designed to spend all your time relaxing. My little Cottage is perfect for a relaxed, laid-back stay with a total coastal feel. You can enjoy surfing, biking, swimming, great dining and beautiful walks on the beach. After a day on the beach you can step into the private outdoor shower. You won’t have to go far to hear the ocean at night. This home is offered only a few months each year . I’m inviting you to come stay !

The beach view was stunning and the house is immaculate and seemed nearly renovated. All of the extras you would need were thought of and taken care of. Extremely easy to work with the host as well. Highly recommended!

Good location, beautiful deck that is the highlight of the home. Very clean with a beach feel. This was our first time at a Vrbo, i was very nervous, but pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.

The home was absolutely gorgeous, it was better than the pictures. It really does have a million dollar view. I loved the beachy nautical decor. It was very comfortable and quiet. The small town of Folly Beach is charming, very tiny, no parking in town but we ordered take out from The Crab Shack and it was delicious. Everybody was very friendly. It is a really nice place and I would definitely recommend going. We have a good time. Thank you Ms. Henry, you have a lovely home.

Family Folly

My wife two adult daughters and I had a wonderful time. The property was perfect with a great view of the beach and access. The property was spotless and very well accommodating for all our needs. Will definitely stay there again when we come back.

What an absolute gem! We had a family vacation here and it was wonderful. From the awesome huge deck to the beautifully decorated and comfortable beach house it was great. The view is awesome and with the water just steps away made it easy to carry our beach stuff. There were 4 of us and my wife’s sister and husband came for 2 days and we had plenty of room. We will definitely be back next year!!

This house is perfection. It was completely renovated recently and every inch is so nicely done. View and porch is wonderful. Furniture is very comfortable. New mattresses memory foam. I loved the extra towels provided, both beach and bath. Very nice owner. Loved outdoor shower and easy beach access. Thank you!

Amazing place on the beach

We loved it. We had planned to explore but this cute beachfront location was so perfect for our family that we swam at the beach and hung out on the great patio most of the time. Bedding and pillows in the bunk room were cozy!

Absolutely stunning! Wonderful place to stay

My family and I spent 6 days at this absolutely stunning home. It was spotless and absolutely amazing. Great layout, nicely decorated, with breathtaking views. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from a great deck and covered porch area facing the water. It was by far the best vrbo place we have ever stayed. Simply can not wait to come back to Folly Beach and stay at this property.

Beautiful!

This home has so much character. So clean. Absolutely beautiful in shades of blue. The showers were wonderful. Loved being able to walk to and from beach. We were sad to see it end.

Wonderful Beach Cottage!

This place could not have been any cleaner. You can see the ocean from the front door and both bedrooms. The deck is partially covered for shade and allows you to be outside during any weather. The ocean is only steps away.

Great Long Weekend

We had a wonderful time at Million Dollar View. The house was perfect and had everything needed for our stay. The beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the rainwater type shower heads were new to us and pretty cool. The kitchen had everything needed for meals, including good knives and cooking utensils. The house was very clean, and had some pretty nice touches to make it feel homey. It was a colder weekend in January, but the house stayed nice and warm. Extra throw blankets made it comfy watching tv. The view was outstanding! Watched the sunrise each morning and had a couple of long walks on the beach each day. We would definitely return of timing is right!

Absolute perfection

We had the most amazing week at folly beach. The attention to detail in the house was amazing, the craftsmanship, how well stocked and clean everything was. But the absolute best part was the view. We lived in the porch when we weren’t on the beach. We canno wait to return!!!

Beautiful Cottage!

Amazing property! We came for relaxation and got so much more! Plenty of activities nearby if you choose. The cottage is truly exceptional in every way. Quiet, impeccably clean, a gem! Fun at Folly

This little cottage is everything and more. Perfectly decorated which is so important to me. And super clean which is also super important. My friends and I ( 6 of us -all age 60) were all impressed. We found it cozy inside and then breathtaking sunrise and sunset views outside. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other’s company. I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys staying in a clean and beautifully decorated house.

Perfect Cottage

Thanks so much for providing such a warm, wonderful and impeccably clean place to stay. The owner is so welcoming and kind, we really enjoyed hearing about her family history regarding the cottage. The location is perfect for daily excursions but the charming Decor and incredible view of the ocean from the spacious porch invites you to never want to leave. Steps away from walks on the beach with beautiful sunrise /sunset views. We have already started to plan our next stay.

Wonderful stay at Folly Beach!

My wife, 19 month old son, and I were lucky enough to spend 10 days at Sandra's beach cottage earlier this month. As others have said, it was a beautiful space and came fully equipped with everything we needed (the photos don't do it justice - many are in portrait format which make rooms appear smaller than they actually are, especially the table areas). The beach location and views can't be beat. Our favorite feature of the home was the gated deck - we could rest easy with our son playing in a secure area (a feature we didn't see with other homes). The house's location is also ideal - about a mile from the town center means the beach was much less crowded than in town, and it's still an easy 5 minute drive to restaurants and the pier. We definitely hope to visit again in the future!

Thank you for viewing my little cottage. This house is special to me , it was built in 1927 one of the first houses built on Folly Beach . It’s an original to Folly with charm! My dad bought the house from his brother in 1965 .I was raised in this house and it was a time when everyone was a resident. I have wonderful memories of crabbing ,swimming, surfing and fires on the beach with my family. I was lucky enough to be able to keep this little cottage and renovated it for my children to enjoy. I’m opening it up this fall for you to enjoy too . I hope your stay is one you will never forget!
