Approximately 50 feet from the Atlantic Ocean, you can relax on third floor balcony watching and listening to the waves roll in, sun yourself at oceanside pool, or swim in the ocean. Folly Beach is a charming island town, just 12 miles from Charleston. The condo is within walking distance of dining, shopping, and South Carolina's longest fishing pier.

From the comfort of the master bed, you can see and/or listen to the Atlantic Ocean. Access to the large balcony is through the living room or master bedroom. The property is fenced and gated, providing you extra privacy and ensuring you that parking is always available.

* The Condo is Non-Smoking, and unfortunately, we CANNOT accept Pets.
* No extras for Holidays.
* Cleaning included in rate.
* Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday (except during winter months)

This was easily the most beautiful condo I've ever stayed in! Gorgeous views, huge balcony, tons of space inside. Washer, dryer, full kitchen... we were in heaven. It was our first trip to Folly and we enjoyed every second. The condo is perfect walking distance to the beach, the pier, restaurants, and stores. We will definitely be back

Fantastic Condo, Stunning views and close to everything!Our Mother/Daughter trip could not have been more enjoyable, relaxing and rejuvenating. The Mom's had their own bed/bathrooms and we took the room with two twins and our own private bath. Perfect set up.We contacted the owner when the coffee maker wouldn't work and he immediately sent over a brand new one. We are already looking at staying again next year. LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!!

Great Property for Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family vacation! Easy check-in process and covered parking was very helpful! Very clean and well maintained property, with controlled access to and from beach and pool area - which was nice with us having children traveling with us.

April vacation

We had a great time! The condo was clean and orderly. We stayed here several years ago and liked that condo better - closer to the elevator and beachy decor. This time only 2 bath towels per bathroom, no bath mat, no tub mat - it's very slick, the tv remotes are a little hard to navigate.

Week at Folly

We had an amazing stay here, so much so that we even booked an extra night! This property was very well taken care of, the linens and towels smelled fresh and clean, furniture was clean, decor was cute! Jerry was a wonderful and very communicative host. We had a small hiccup with the parking passes not being there when we arrived (due to a fill in cleaning crew), but Jerry quickly responded and advised us on what to do to handle the situation. The location was perfect, just far enough out of town to not have to deal with any traffic, but close enough to walk everywhere. We were facing the ocean, while also having access to two different pools. Totally recommend and would love to stay here again.

The location of this condo is perfect! Right on the beach but within walking distance to restaurants

The condo is a good sized, and comfortable for six people. The big shower with a seat and hand shower head, was great for my 87 year old mother. The kitchen is very well stocked. We definitely plan to return.

Best Location

This was our first time at this property. We were so close to everything that we did not need to move the car most days. It was easy to take the family to the beach and it was adjacent to the lifeguard stand so we were comfortable swimming in the ocean. We will try to stay at this property again.

Beautiful location

The property was perfect for our needs. We had a great time. The place is so well equipped. The only concern was the intermittent elevator that several times did not work. It was fixed promptly though.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

The instructions received prior to our arrival made parking and access go smoothly. This was much appreciated after a long couple of days of travel. The condo was very clean and inviting. Foremost the views of the ocean were beautiful from sunrise to sunset. Totally enjoyed our week. Thank you!

Fantastic time, ideal location!

This was my mother-in-laws first time at a beach/ocean. It was just perfect. Ample amount of space for my in-laws, husband and I, and 2 kids (ages 5 and 7). The view and being beachfront was great! We walked daily to the shops and restaurants with little reason to ever use our vehicles. Close proximity to Charleston and if we even visit take a walk to Flipper Finders for the sunset dolphin tour!!! We loved our stay and hope to make it back soon!

Great experience!

I don’t go on vacation to write reviews. I go on vacation to rest and relax. The condo was exactly what we were looking for and the communication with the owners made it easy for our family to unwind and enjoy the time off. The condo is in a great location with excellent views of the beach and easy proximity to downtown. We even had front row seats to the New Years Eve fireworks and the polar plunge the next day. It was great.
