Very clean condo. Easy check in and check out process. It's close to everything, Beach, Restaurants, Shopping. We especially loved the extra large balcony looking right over the beach.

Perfect for Family with young kids!

Location and amenities were perfect for our family with young kids. Completely walkable to the beach and food/shopping on the main strip! Not to mention the perfect sunrise views from the balcony every morning.

There was a lot of dust and rust in all vents in the wall. Very bad water pressure in showers and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week of staying at the condo?

Unfortunately the elevator was out of service for the entirety of our stay. We were staying on the top floor so running up and down four flights of stairs the entire weekend was inconvenient and exhausting. We received multiple reminders of the house rules but not one notification that the elevator would be out of order. Besides that issue, the location was amazing. The rental itself was enjoyable with a beautiful view on the balcony. I’d certainly recommend this rental but warn that the elevator may be out of order.

Week at Folly

The property was clean and true to the listing. Very convenient location and still quiet. The direct beachfront was not busy at all despite being near the pier. We’d definitely stay there again.

Two biggest issues…WiFi/tv never worked and deck has strong slant - very concerning. It’s a full bed not queen in 2nd bedroom. Other various maintenance issues. Other than that, it’s a nice place and a great location. The views are wonderful.
Deck has large slope. We think it’s made like that on purpose but kinda creepy

Dads Ocean Trip

The location of this condo is awesome!!! Right on the ocean and you can walk to all the great places at Folly Beach. My dad is 83. This was perfect the beach is great, you can enjoy the music from the pier right on the balcony. We would definitely come back.

Location was everything for this trip! We left the island exactly once during our 6 day stay to get groceries - everything else was less than a 5 minute walk. Deducting a star because I was most excited about the giant beachfront balcony (love the beach, hate the sand) but found the weird downward slope of the space extremely concerning from a structural perspective. My kids begged to go out everyday but I was too nervous to let them. Also there is an induction range but pots and pans that were not induction friendly.

The location was great - beautiful view, easy access to the beach, very walkable area to restaurants and stores. The condo was nice. We did have an issue with one of the showers, but the management company handled it for us. One suggestion I'd have is to make some space in the twin bedroom closet - there really wasn't space to hang up clothes.

good location- beach front & close to everything.

Property was alright. 3.5 star due to dated and wear & tear. Space was tight for the amount of furniture. However, we love the beach front location of the condo and everything else was 2ndary; we made it work. We had a wonderful time.

Condo was perfect but that elevator…. Please fix!!! Scary ride! Also, plumbing fixtures need work. Guest bathroom water was only scalding hot. Wouldn’t even get cold. But great location for sure just a few little details need work.

Folly Beach Week with Fam

Very Clean & well stocked kitchen! Bed linens & towels were all VERY NICE!! Location IS PERFECT!! Living room furnishings are quite “tired” and worn down. Sofa backs are out. They need more than a “slipcover” at this point. The leather chair in the living room is cracked & showing much wear. (Sitting on it with shorts scratches:( Everything else is spot on:)
