The Charleston Oceanfront Villas are located right on the sand in Folly Beach, less than a block from the many shops, restaurants, and bars on Center Street. Sign up for a surfing lesson with one of the recreational outfitters on the island, or watch for pelicans at Skimmer Flats in Folly Beach County Park less than two miles west. You'll also be only 12 miles south of downtown Charleston, with its rich culture, storied history, and world-class cuisine.

Great location, amazing views and plenty of space for 3 of us. Center street is close by and has great restaurants and bars. There is a roof top bar behind the condos that had live entertainment and good food.

The condo was great and exactly as presented. The view of the ocean was incredible. Loved the well stocked kitchen- plenty of glasses, silverware etc when we had a couple additional people stop by. Overall good experience but was disappointed in the lack of communication upon requesting a late check out.

The condo was clean and had a great view of the beach. The location was excellent for being able to walk to the local restaurants and shops. If we ever return to Folly Beach would most definitely rent here again. The only draw back is you have to stop on your way in and out to pick up and drop off parking passes. It's not out of your way but kind of inconvenient.

This condo was exactly as pictured. The living space was really roomy with comfortable seating and a very functional kitchen. The location was great with easy access to the beach and walking distance to some good restaurants. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Our only complaint was that the king bed was pretty saggy in the middle.

I would give a 5 star but for some aggrevating issues. First, the stove top was so inconsistent on working.It has eyelets (which I really prefer) but the left front element did not always work. I had to constantly move my pans around to get breakfast cooked.If we had plans that would have messed a schedule bad. The coffee pot was easy to use but the permanent filter did not fit and we didn't discover that until after the first pot. We spent extra time straining our coffee. The refrigerator appeared fairly new but the ice dispenser did cube or crushed; it was all crushed. The fridge was no big deal but what we paid for the unit, I feel the stove should be more current for busy families. It was a very old stove. The pans would slide off which could be a problem if not constantly watched. The accommodations, location and atmosphere were great. If these things are fixed I would definitely stay there again.

We truly appreciated the thoughtfully prepared guidebook, it’s clear a great deal of time and effort went into creating it, and it was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.The property was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and beautifully decorated. Its convenient walking distance to the beach, without obstructing the view, made the experience even more enjoyable. The home was also well-equipped with everything we needed.The host was very attentive, checking in with us daily to ensure everything was going well, which we greatly appreciated. We sincerely appreciate the early check-in arrangement, as it was especially helpful following our long flight and limited rest.Overall, we highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.
