Oceanfront 1Br/1Ba Condo~2 Delightful

One of Folly's Best! This one-bedroom oceanfront condo is a perfect getaway for a couple or small family. The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units. The cozy unit is tastefully decorated, boasting hardwood floors and a compact modern kitchen. No matter your pleasure this is a great location for relaxing on the front porch drinking your morning coffee or sitting back with a cool beverage while taking in the amazing view of the beach right outside your door. When night falls stargazing is a must! This condo is located at one of the only sections of the beach that provides a lifeguard during the summer season. If you enjoy fishing the pier is located less than a block away. Folly Beach Suites shares laundry and HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from the washer/dryer as soon as possible. Please note that there is not an elevator and the balcony is non-private. 2 Delightful allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. 1 reserved parking space is included with the rental. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC000635. Because of the potential for fraud, we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

You can’t beat the location or the view. It was incredibly relaxing drinking coffee on the porch at sunrise and easy access to the beach which kept everything relaxed. Very clean and efficient bathroom and had all the basic kitchen amenities. The beds were a bit too soft for our taste but otherwise everything in the unit was clean and functional- great bonus to find some spare chairs and an umbrella in the laundry room. We still used the beach rental place for when we met up with larger groups. Perfect spot for a small family with younger kids - may be a bit cramped with older teenagers.

Great place for a getaway!

Nice comfy, clean place in a great location. Pictures did not do the unit justice. It was way bigger than expected and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. View of the ocean was lovely and access to the beach was easy. Definitely would stay here again. Close to all amenities in town too!
