The view was 1 million view and the location was great. The place had everything we needed. The only reason I took off a star was the bed was not the most comfortable and the decor needed a little help please note if you’re thinking of renting this place you do share your deck with all of the other three condos on the same level

For this rental, you are paying for the beach location, and that is exactly what you get. Smooth process, clean property, great location, wonderful view. Nothing complementary added, including beach towels, coffee, tea, etc. Plumbing is very slow.

You can’t beat the location or the view. It was incredibly relaxing drinking coffee on the porch at sunrise and easy access to the beach which kept everything relaxed. Very clean and efficient bathroom and had all the basic kitchen amenities. The beds were a bit too soft for our taste but otherwise everything in the unit was clean and functional- great bonus to find some spare chairs and an umbrella in the laundry room. We still used the beach rental place for when we met up with larger groups. Perfect spot for a small family with younger kids - may be a bit cramped with older teenagers.

Amazing view, extremely close to the downtown area for shopping and dinning. No complaints at all in regards to location or beach access. The unit itself is okay. The couch is comfortable enough, another comfortable chair option would be fantastic, but there is not any more room to accommodate that. The furniture is not luxury by any stretch of the imagination, but the beds were comfortable. The shower curtain rod is pressure mounted and fell down shortly after we arrived. There is not many hooks or bars for hanging wet items. Laundry is shared, which is great to have..but often wanted at the same time as the adjoining unit. Check-in and check-out are simple and thoughtfully arranged. We planned this trip last minute, and for that, we are thrilled to have found a beachfront option that was clean and had easy beach access. Our quick getaway was just what was needed.
