This 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse is overlooking the Folly river for some of the best sunsets in the Charleston area! The unit is only 2 doors down from the pool and dock access so you have the convent location without the noise. The dock features a large pier head as well as a large floating dock. The pool also looks over the beautiful marsh and Folly River. It is a short walk to the beach as well as Restaurants and shopping. There is a garage as well as a carport just outside the garage which will fit 2 cars. ****Contact owner about off season monthly rate****

Phenomenal vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time here. Communication was great with our host. We loved the location, we walked to town and the beach every day, enjoyed sunsets from the dock and the kids loved the pool. The screened porch was fantastic for early morning coffee and evenings as qell. We will for sure be back.

Great location

Great location really near the beach and restaurants. The house was as described on the website, and nicer than the photos make it look. Very comfortable and easy, with lovely views over the river and access onto the fishing jetty. Pool is good too.

Family vacay

Location is great, 10 minute walk to restaurants and beach which is great, but the condo really needs to be cleaned the carpet was so dirty with stains everywhere and the furniture that was in living room needs cleaned or replaced, with that being said the beds were clean and very comfortable and condo was very spacious.

Location is great

Location is great and it was nice to have pool access but I wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointed in the cleanliness. Carpets were terribly stained, beds were awful, AC had to be set on 72 so we were hot, and deck furniture was broken and deck was so dirty. For the amount of money spent it honestly seems disrespectful to us who are paying so much money for minor fixes and home keep up of the homeowners.

Needs a Complete Update

Positives: - The view Negatives: No blow dryer, no hangers, light bulbs were out in hallway, outside front door, bathroom(upstairs). Huge stain on the downstairs bedroom carpet. Covered by a rug, but I kept tripping over it, so I stored it in the closet until checkout. Upstairs bathroom sink in Master Bedroom was slow to drain; Downstairs bathroom, shower door came off the track. Furniture worn, especially the kitchen stools. Expensive for what you are getting. There are so many other places that look better for the price. We would not rent this townhouse again.

Overall, Stacy's place was very nice. The house was perfect for a few couples looking to get away for the weekend. Having three separate bedrooms and baths was perfect. The townhouse was very clean and within walking distance of Center Street with all that Folly Beach has to offer. Day trips to Charleston are only 30 minutes by car. I would highly recommend Stacy's place.

Short winter stay

This property is as described. It is in easy walking distance from Center street and has really nice views of the marsh and river. The master bedroom was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. TV could acess many channels for more dreary nights when we didnt go out. That being said, the rest of the furniture is "nothing special" and some of it is worn. There are enough bath soaps, etc for 1 day, so bring more if you are staying for longer as items like that are sparse.

Short weekend trip with family and friends

The property was beautiful. The unit could use a bit of an update and it looked like it had been a while since the cleaning had taken place. Shower head in the master bath needs to be replaced. Overall we and the best time and will return.
