Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.

Come experience an enjoyable stay in this classic Folly Beach townhome that has been completely renovated to exemplify a new modern quintessential Folly, only a short walk to the ocean and just one block from Center Street shops and restaurants. This property is the perfect family vacation location that can be rented separately, or book both for family and friends vacationing together.

Two separate units; each home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a laid-back open floor plan for cooking, dining and living that opens into a beautifully landscaped, fenced yard with a garden patio, dining chairs, charcoal grill and a private hot/cold outdoor shower.

This family and dog friendly townhome is decorated with lively colors and eye-catching features to make you feel right at home on Folly. Downstairs, the home has a laid-back open floor plan where family and friends can gather together in the comfortable living and kitchen area with a quintessential dining nook. The fully stocked kitchen has custom cabinetry and granite counter space. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Just off the kitchen, there a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. The living area has a flat screen TV and cozy furnishings, including a queen size pull out sofa for additional sleeping. With the bedrooms and full bath upstairs, this apartment will easily give you space to enjoy your privacy as well. The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed with upgrade linens, custom wardrobe, and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, with custom furniture.

You'll be able to enjoy outdoor living in the large, beautifully landscaped backyard with a dining patio area and a charcoal grill. There is a private hot/cold outdoor rain shower, and the yard is completely fenced which also makes it a great play area for the kids and pets. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

This home is 900 Sq. Ft. If you have more than 5 or 6 people but less than 10 or 12, you can rent both units and have the entire property to yourselves!

We had a fantastic stay! The unit was efficiently laid out, clean, updated, and cozy….a great fit for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the backyard space…the grassy area was big enough for some games and the table/chairs/umbrella were perfect for hanging out and eating meals. We used the beach cart and chairs for the quick/direct walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was perfect for washing off. We definitely recommend this unit!

Great Location and Pet Friendly

This property is right off the strip, it’s not super big, but it was the perfect place for me, my husband and our two dogs. It has all the essentials you need for a nice long weekend getaway. Will definitely be back.

First time in Folly!

We had an absolutely great time in Folly Beach. The house was just perfect, clean and well appointed, and in a super location, just blocks from the beach the Folly Beach hotspots! The back yard was gorgeous, and we enjoyed every minute! I would recommend to anyone!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We came down for a wedding and were only able to stay 2 days, but I so wish we could have stayed longer! Such an awesome little place. Convenient to all the restaurants of Center Street yet far enough to be private and quiet. Easy (and fun) walk to the beach/pier. Loved it and definitely hope to get back for a longer stay SOON!

PERFECT

We have stayed at both the apartments for the past two years and they are perfectly maintained and located in Folly Beach. The divided fenced in yard is great for our dog. It is quite and located within walking distance to the beach and many places to eat.....it is a REAL GEM.

Cute and Convenient

My friend and I stayed here in mid June. It was very nice, clean and well decorated. It's walking distance to the restaurants, bars, and the beach. I would definitely stay here again hopefully for a bit longer next time! :)

Relaxing stay

We were very happy with all very comfortable feeling like home. The fenced yard was adequate for our fur baby Hope. My husband & I both feel it’s the best place we have rented, this was year 5 visiting Folly Beach 🏖 & we would gladly rent this property again.🙏🏻

Folly at its best

So relaxing and laid back. The space was centrally located which allowed us to walk everywhere. The restaurants serve delicious meals in a laid back atmosphere. Our apartment was awesome. The outdoor shower made things easy and allowed us to deposit our sand outside and not in the living quarters.

Folly Beach Duplex

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The management company and owners had everything we needed including toilet paper, linens, and washing powder. The only thing I would change is the A/C system. It was barely adequate for the hottest days.

Very considerate, thoughtful hosts, and fantastic location

I couldn’t be more pleased by the facilities and the hosts. I stayed in one property for most of my visit, but due to incoming hurricane Isabel they relocated me to a higher elevation property, which was even nicer and closer to the beach. I thought that was incredibly considerate of them, and made for a safe, enjoyable stay. Beach access is super easy as indicated and that was my prime objective. The house is well appointed and cleverly designed to make the most of, a small footprint would definitely stay again !

This place had everything we were looking for - close to town for easy access to restaurants, nice back yard to let our daughter play in and comfortable bedding and furnishings. The apartment was very clean and had no smell (like some of the folly houses we have stayed in). The split AC system was nice to control the temp in each room. It was just enough space for us. We would definitely stay here agin. The owner was very responsive and provided a packnplay as well as a high-chair which was appreciated.

Memorial day get away

We loved the property, the location, and the chic interior of the building. The outside living area is such an added bonus. We lived outside the majority of our trip. They have made fantastic use of all of their spaces. Both sides were rented, and I never heard our neighbors the entire stay. WE will definitely be visiting this property again. My only complaint's were there is only one bathroom...wish there had been 2 or at least a 1/2 bath and they need a vacuum cleaner. i had my dogs , need I say more.

Great stay

We had a great stay over four nights. The owners have done an amazing job with the space. The AC units keep each room quite cool which is much appreciated at the beach. The fenced in patio area was excellent for us and our dog.
