About this property

This location is fantastic for people wanting to get to the beach easily and for families with children. While you cannot see the beach from the condo, the beach is only steps away behind a hedge of sea grapes. There is a private outdoor porch facing east with dining table and chairs, plus lounge chairs. There are beach toys and boogie boards available for use in the outdoor closet. If you are tired of the waves and the beach, come back to the pool. No stairs to climb up and down, this location is easiest beach access you can imagine. Easy one hour drive to theme parks. Just a short drive to Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center or Ron Jon’s. Lots of activities nearby like kayaking, putt putt golf, electric race car track, aerial adventure etc.
