Rare newly gutted and updated 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths - You will enjoy a beautiful tree lined view with privacy, all brand new bathrooms and kitchen, outdoor shower, brand new hardwoods and furnishing throughout with all new appliances. Beach chairs and toys available. Fully stocked kitchen. Meticulously maintained and professionally cleaned. Smart TVs in family room and all bedrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and new linens. Walk or bike to Marketplace, beach, tennis, pickle ball, and indoor and outdoor pools. Option to rent our linens or bring your own (though you must supply your own pool and beach towels). You will get an access letter to purchase guest badges ($50/pp over 4 yrs) for all of Sea Colony's amazing amenities (tennis, pickle ball, fitness, gym, activities, private beach, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and more!). Paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish detergent supplied. Non smoking guests ONLY. NO pets permitted at anytime.

Amazing place!

Perfect house for two families of four, very well stocked and walkable to everything. We’ve been going to Bethany Beach for over a decade and it’s by far the nicest place we’ve stayed.

Great Sea Colony home

We had a wonderful five days at the beach in your newly remodeled home. The location was perfect for using any of the many amenities in Sea Colony as well as walking to the beach or boardwalk. Our group of eight was very comfortable in your four bedroom/ three bathroom home. We hope to return again next year to our new favorite beach home!

Bethany beach get away

Our family had a very nice visit in Bethany beach. Easy access to restaurants, pool and shops. Beach is a little bit of a walk but you have access to trolley. Pretty area! Our condo was lovely and easy to access. Host responded quickly when questions came up. Thanks for sharing!

The home was completely updated and beautiful! The owner was very responsive and in a timely manner! The walk to the beach was short. All of the amenities were great for keeping the kids and us adults busy. Great place to go walking/jogging/biking throughout the community. There is a pool close by. Definitely would stay there again! *****

Great place, great location

We took 4 teenagers (17-20) and another young couple. We had a great time, plenty of space for 8 of us. The house is beautiful, private, and clean. The pool is right outside and the beach is a 10 min walk. Nothing is more than a quick ride away if you can't walk it. Bethany beach has so much to offer for everyone. Amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches. The hosts were super quick to respond to any needs. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Even better than before

My family, 4 adults and 3 children ages 3-10, stayed in this townhouse in 2022 and loved it. This year the new owners have put in new flooring, renovated 3 full baths and the kitchen and improved the heating and cooling system. It feels like a new home. We love the location with a pool steps away from the house and the beach a short walk or trolley ride away. The owners were wonderful to work with and we had a great vacation.

Summer Vacay 2023

We had a fun week in Sea Colony – 4 adults and 3 children (2, 5, 9). The kids loooved the pool – so close & convenient. We brought pool floats which made a big splash & guaranteed fun. The kids went in the pool every day, even on beach days. We went to the beach several times once we figured out the tram set-up. The spacious deck has ample comfy seating and a large table. The view gave many a surprise – osprey sitting in a dead tree eating fish, a red bellied woodpecker searching for bugs and, best of all, several sightings of a bald eagle perched in a tree. We loved walking every day to the fabulous Ba Roos Ice Cream Shop the nearby Marketplace. The Sandy Pony Donut Shop made a happy breakfast impression. Mini golf was also within walking distance. This spot offers lots of outdoor fun. Thank you for sharing your summer house with us.

Nice, Newly Remodeled Unit

Clean, newly remodeled unit in a nice community. An added plus is the 4 chairs, sand toys, 2 boogie boards & fishing poles provided for your days at the beach. An adjacent outdoor pool is available till 6 at night. Within walking distance of 3-4 dining choices, ice cream shop, bicycle rentals, adult beverage & gift shops. Trip to the beach is quite far, but a tram (with tracking app for your phone) is available about every 20 minutes & the drivers were great!. Our few negatives were, no ironing board, only 2 towels/bath were provided. Additional mirrors (besides what is available in the bathrooms) along with more wall art would be nice. Also, despite being advertised, there was only enough laundry detergent (and no fabric softener) for a single load which is required to wash the provided dish towels per the owner’s request. There were also no dishwasher pods as stated. Owner was responsive to any request during our stay so I expect these issues with be address for future renters.
