WALKING DISTANCE TO BETHANY BEACH TOWN AND BEACH. Your peaceful getaway in charming Bethany Beach! A private, wooded in-town location on a non-thru street just blocks to the beach and the heart of downtown Bethany. A short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but tucked away for peace and quiet. The entire house was renovated with brand new kitchen. The first level offers a kitchen with island open to the dining area and spacious living room with fireplace as well as a laundry room and screened porch. The primary bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a king size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bath, and private balcony. There is an additional guest room with a queen bed and another bedroom with bunk beds and a lounge area perfect for the younger generation. After a fun-filled day at the beach, enjoy a meal or spend a relaxing afternoon lounging in the secluded screened porch off the back of the house.
