This PET FRIENDLY 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1550 sq ft condo is BEAUTIFULLY renovated with granite counters, custom cabinets, custom tile bathrooms and all NEW Furnishings and décor throughout! The master bedroom has a NEW plush king size bed and it's own private patio, a full sized master bathroom with custom over-sized shower, double vanities and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom also has a NEW king size bed. The 3rd bedroom features 1 queen bed and twin for families with children! Sit back on the reclining sofa and take in the view…Perfect accommodations for a large family or even multiple families sleeping up to 8 people! The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a free standing ice machine!

Pelican Walk is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusements park, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, gas and charcoal grill areas, and more!

Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to assist you and your family in having a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation! Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 20 lbs or under. All dogs must be registered upon arrival and each will be issued a Pelican Walk Leash Sleeve. *Pet fee is $150/pet per stay charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Pet fee is non-refundable.

*All Pets must be fully housetrained! Guests must have pet occupancy approved at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of dog to be added to the reservation. Guests that have a qualifying service animal must request accommodations at the time of booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was wonderful as usual. The price increase was shocking. This has been our favorite for 10+- years but the price increase will necessitate shopping around for better prices.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in this room every year, same week for 10 years now. We truly enjoy our stay. The room is updated and the layout works great for our family. Although the rate increase was shocking, can’t imagine not having our family vacay in this room again. My only suggestion is that the mattress in the master bedroom be replaced or at least a thick soft topper put on. The current mattress is hard as a brick and makes for an unpleasant nights sleep!!! Seriously it’s terrible!!
