Pelican Walk 210 is a Pet Friendly Beach Front 1 bedroom - 2 bath condo that is completely remodeled! Families LOVE the vibrant BEACHY Décor! Unit 210 sleeps four guests and has 2 full bathrooms! Enjoy spending time on the Gulf Front Balcony overlooking the beach and west side pool. The view is AMAZING! Bring your furry family member on vacation with you! Pets 20 lbs or less are welcome!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay in Panama City Beach, FL! Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, and memorable beach vacation! Pelican Walk is located on Thomas Dr. and close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access with beach service, two (2) swimming pools (west pool heated October through March), hot tub, sauna, tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, charcoal & gas grill areas, and more!

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) pets per condo and each must weigh 20 lbs or LESS. All pets - breed and weight must be pre-approved prior to booking. Dogs are then registered at check-in and issued an authorized Pelican Walk Leash Sleeve. *Pet fee is $150/pet per stay charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Pet fee is non-refundable.

*Pets must be fully housetrained! Guests must have pet occupancy approved at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of dog to be added to the reservation. Guests that have a qualifying service animal must request accommodations at the time of booking.

A great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property had nice new furniture since our last stay. My only call outs are the sliding glass door wouldn't lock. However we were on the second floor so I guess it's not a huge deal. And the water in the bathroom takes a long time to heat up. Other than that everything was great! I would also like to suggest giving a price break on a second dog. We brought two but one was only 11 lbs and still had to pay $150 each. Just a suggestion... Overall it was a great time! 😀

Great rental!

Everything was wonderful -starting with early check in & that was well worth the $50 fee! The room was clean, updated and had everything we needed! The overall complex was very tidy and neat - excellent, hard-working staff. It was super nice to be in a pet-friendly resort. There’s a nice little area for the dogs to use - it is also kept very neat and clean. It does flood when it rains though - that’s probably the only negative I can say. Such a great condo - we had a wonderful week. We will definitely be back.
