Summary:
Let yourself be seduced by this bright, modern townhouse with its large open-plan living area and beautiful terrace. With 2 large bedrooms and a sofa bed, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a BBQ will be at your disposal. A beautiful bathroom and washer/dryer are also close at hand. You'll enjoy a heated pool, spa, pool table and sauna, shared with other travelers on the estate.

Guest Access:
Our guests will have access to the entire chalet and all its facilities. In addition to the living areas, kitchen and bedrooms, you can take full advantage of the outdoor terrace, heated swimming pool and spa in the shared aera. For game lovers, a pool table is at your disposal. To top it all off, treat yourself to a revitalizing session in our sauna.

The Neighborhood:
Are you ready for a breath of fresh air? The Bras-du-Nord Valley has plenty to offer. How about a winter hike? Choose a trail you can walk in boots, or go snowshoeing. Would you like to try something out of the ordinary with your family? Have you heard of ski-snowshoeing? Also known as ski hok? Get off the beaten track and experience the unique feeling of floating on snow! In the warmer months, kayaking and canoeing make for a great family day out!
And if you're intrepid, you'll have no trouble getting around this magnificent area! For example, it's the perfect opportunity to try out those bikes with oversized wheels: fats bikes! You can also try your hand at mountain skiing! During this experience, you'll be guided to the most beautiful areas of fresh snow! Via Ferrata and canyoning are also excellent options for thrill-seekers!

Epicureans? How about a visit to a vineyard? Domaine des 3 Moulins now boasts over 10,000 vines. It is also an archaeological site. When they acquired the land in 2001, Pio Bégin and Monick Valois wanted to build a second home. However, they were inspired by a pylon loaded with grapes. To date, over 7,500 bottles have been produced!

A restaurant with an impressive view of the St. Lawrence River, doesn't that whet the appetite? La Perle du Saint-Laurent will take your taste buds on a journey to the underwater world as well as on dry land. Whether it's the Nova Scotian shells, or the forest chicken breast, or the other equally delicious options, you're sure to find something to please you!

Je n’ai pas apprécié le travaille de l’hôte, difficile à rejoindre, pas donner attends le code d’accès, beaucoup de mouche à l’intérieur de la propriété, il manquait de produit de nettoyage pour la cuisinière, un nettoyeur de surface pour le reste tout était bien, malgré la belle intervention que nous avons eu avec la gestion de Alchalet ( coordonnateur administratif) qui a réglé nos problèmes. Nous ne réserverons plus avec ce gestionnaire.

Excellent

Nous avons aimés la place, le condo était parfait, l'air climatisé était excellente, la propreté était formidable, il ne manquait de rien sauf quelques étagères pour le savon et le shampoing dans la salle de bain attenante à la chambre mais à part ça tout était parfait. Le BBQ était très propre et tous les accessoires pour la cuisine étaient présents, il ne manquait de rien. Nous recommandons cet emplacement au plus haut point et nous y retournerons sûrement éventuellement. Un gros merci au locateur, continuer à maintenir le tout tel quel et tout le monde sera comblé.

Very disappointing

At our arrival, the A/C was closed and it's was very hot in the property, 35 degrees celsius. Because of the temperature which was very uncomfortable, we didn't have the choice but to leave the property for the evening. When we came back for the night, it was still 28.5 degrees celsius . Also, at our arrival, we noticed that the smoke detector on the main floor was disconnected and that the smoke detector in the second bedroom has been removed. We were worried for our safety but the host told us that it was not dangerous. Also, during our first night, the smoke detector in the main bedroom started ringing (low battery) and we had to remove it, which means that there was no longer a working smoke detector in the property. Needless to mention that with the heat and the smoke detector alarm, we didn't sleep very well. The day after we contacted the host about the issues related to the property and our concerns regarding the safety and we didn't receive any response. We also asked for a compensation due to our disastrous stay which was caused entirely by the fault of the host/owner who neglected to start the A/C and to make sure that the smoke detectors are working properly so that travelers are safe. Again, we have not received any response from the host. Finally, a positive point is that the property was clean. We will never go back to this place.
