Fully 2 spacious cozy living rooms, fully loaded gameroom with arcade games( only 1 racing game, even though 2 pictures), pool table, foosball, and more. But, wait, it gets better, true Movie Theatre with custom reclining seating, popcorn machine and more!

Outside oasis awaits with tons of space to enjoy, and bask under the stars in the brand new hot tub, Play in the yard!

Located in beautiful Towamensing Trails, a lake community with beach, pool, playground and private community lakeside restaurant. 8 passes are provided with each rental.

Looking for adventures outside of the home, you are lucky enough to be just minutes from Hickory run State park, Hickory Run lake/beach, H20 indoor water park, gameland and state land hiking, 2 golf courses, mini golf, movie theater, jack frost and big boulder ski,a long list of local dining, ice cream shop, arcades, and so much more.

I give this place 5 stars! The location is amazing and the arcade was really fun for the kids. The hot tub and theater were definitely our favorite parts. On our way back from throwing out the trash, we happened to see a small bear. We stopped for just a few minutes to look at it more closely (the kids stayed safely in the car), but a lady nearby started yelling at us, telling us not to bother the bear. Our intention was only to watch it briefly, nothing else.What worried me was that afterward, when we left the place, we noticed the same lady following us until she saw where we were staying. That made me feel a little uncomfortable since we don’t know anyone in the area. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay!

I specifically chose this property because there is so much to do on the property and not too far away. So if you want to stay in and relax you can or go out and find something to do. The rooms were very accommodating, the place was super clean which is how we tried to leave it, and the place was very beautiful. First time ever using VRBO and this place did not disappoint.

Incredible house

Beautiful home. Perfect amenities. My entire group said wet didn't have to leave the house for the entire weekend. We could have stayed in. We had a blast and would stay again.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

My family and I truly loved our stay here. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we would need to cook our meals. The game room and theater were great fun for the kids. I do wish bedding and towels and such were included, just because it’d make it easier to pack, but it didn’t really put a damper on our amazing stay! This was really a beautiful and well-appointed home, and we actually hope we can stay again in the future!

Birthday get away

The property was amazing. I wanted to have a birthday get away with friends and family, the house had something for everyone to do. The communication with the host was great and her response to my text were fast. The only thing i would recommend is for the house is to come with the essentials. Like a sponge, toilet, paper and trash bags. You had to bring everything with you. Other than that no complaints

Fun Trip

We all had a great time. Had a little trouble with the Hot Tub, but they fixed it. Plenty of sleeping space for a large family and activities for all of us from age 6 to 60. The pool and lake were nice, but only 10 tags to get in we had 13 people. People were friendly. Hard to make sure you take all the trash when your truck is packed because check out is 10 trash place didn't open till 11. We were able to get most of the trash, sorry we left a bag this morning. It was a very nice vacation for my whole family. The area and house was very nice. Thank you.

The house is very nice. Unfortunately we never received any paperwork when we check in like we were suppose to. We never received a trash pass and the office wouldn’t let the renters pick it up. So we couldn’t get rid of any trash for the week we were there. Also, didn’t receive any wristbands for our stay. Other than the mishap with the trash. Also be sure to read the bed sizes and only get the sheets you have to have they’re very expensive and even if they are not opened they have to rewash them so you get No money back if you don’t use them all. So if you get sheets and towels add 230.00 to your total if you stay 5 nights as we did.

Perfect family vacation!

The highlight of this rental is the theater / game room. Our kids thought it was really cool, and it probably set a new standard for vacation rentals for us! It definitely cut down on the boredom complaints, and the whole family watched a movie & ate popcorn each night. I personally loved how clean and well decorated the home was, as well as the number of beds available! We traveled in November and the fireplace wasn’t functional yet (starts in December), so that was a little bit of a bummer with the cold weather we had, but definitely not a deal breaker! Something I wish we had was a list of recommended items to pack, or things to consider packing, since the home isn’t fully equipped. I ended up packing things I didn’t end up needing, and there were things we needed that I hadn’t thought of. We’re looking forward to booking here again!

Beautiful house, great for families with kids

We liked the house, especially the movie theater and game room. Alicia was a great host, very nice and helpful, communication with her was very easy. The only thing I didn’t like is that we unfortunately couldn’t use the hot tub due to a technical issue. The tub was on on the first day we got there but we turned it off since we were not going to use it that day so we thought it was the right thing to do to turn it off while not in use but unfortunately after that day it wouldn’t turn back on again and by the time someone came to fix it, it was already too late and we were checking out the next morning. So we didn’t get to use it. I was later informed I had to keep the tub on and running at all times, through our whole stay. I wish I knew that before we got there. Especially because the community doesn’t have an indoor pool or any other activities to do in the cold weather. My family and I were really looking forward to some relaxation in the hot tub but that wasn’t possible. I was a little disappointed because we paid $1715 to stay at this house for 3 just nights and also I had to buy a mandatory property damage insurance so I expected at least for everything to work with no issues. Having to drive the trash to the trash center 10 minutes away from the house, early in the morning before checking out was also a little inconvenient. Other than that we had fun, my kids really enjoyed the movie theater and arcade. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful site with….. odd issue(s)

Beautiful home! Theatre and game room were lots of fun. My kids very much enjoyed all the extra features. The hot tub and location was great! Cons: literally everything is labeled and photographs of those items on the walls/near items.(makes you feel as if they expect you to steal) There really needs to be a clear disclosure about the septic issues that force guests to throw toilet paper in trash cans instead of toilets.(very unsanitary and gross) Especially bad when trying to potty train a toddler. Also having to load up trash and drive it 10 minutes down the road is a pain, especially when you stay in winter time. Paying a $200’ish cleaning fee but arriving to dirty popcorn containers and over a half bag of trash in the Theatre room was pretty disgusting. Locked rooms all over the house made us kind of creeped out. Especially the one in the master closet with a light on all day/night. (I get cleaning closets: but 5 locked rooms, plus a 2 car attached garage and a detached garage) No lights in the refrigerator or freezer was a bit odd. As well as not having a toaster, but a panini maker and air fryer was different. Neutral: we knew the layout going into it from the listing but having a master bedroom be truly a master bedroom with no bunks, would have elevated the experience. (Also based on the number of beds you can easily sleep 23 people in this home)

Hi Ron, Throughout your stat we communicated when you didn't understand how to use things but never did you indicate concerns you had as we could have easily resolved them. I will speak with owner about the signs installed. There are no septic issues as it's a brand new home? There are many locked closets, but they are not part of the 3000 sq ft advertised which you are definitely able to use all the spaces marketed here. Township determines how many a home can sleep and 10 is the max in that home. The extra beds are for the convenience of the comfort of the group- sometimes folks don't wish to share beds. I will be sure to take all your comments under consideration to make future stays improved. Starting with the signs the owner installed ( which are mainly for the cleaners purposes).

New Year Weekend Getaway

Hour and half away for the person to text us and tell us the driving games were down and needs fixed but the person can’t come for 10 days. We got to location wasn’t salted or shoveled. Everything is label which I understand that. But when the remote is missing for the tv in the living room. You text the person renting it to tell you that they checked all the tv and it was up on the fire place mantle. Which should have been on the table where it showed that it was at. She asked us to ask our party but no one seen it just the two out of the three remotes. We looked all over and couldn't find it. The beds didnt match up says a double and twin bunks but that is wrong its a twin bunk with twin on top and double on bottom. Had to report all the damage that was done when we got there. Some they knew about others they did not. There was exposed wires in the one room cause it looked like a ceiling fan use to be there. The master bathroom was nice until you go to use the toilet and see a sign that says do not flush toilet paper like HELLO WHERE ELSE DOES IT GO?? to a sign on the right hand side be hide the toilet that says but the toilet paper in the trash can. ARE U JOKING RIGHT NOW? In the house right down to how many items on some. Which I get that understand. To tv being in and can’t find controller. To the person who rents it out to tell us. Couldn't find the light in the basement for the Foo's Ball table. It was dark and couldn't really see to play. So much more :-(
