-Rent only to persons 25+, anyone under that age must be supervised at all times.
-Sheets, and bath towels (2 per room) are provided for an extra cleaning fee of $175. Beach towels are not included. If you choose not to pay the linen fee, then please be sure to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, and towels.
-8 beach badges are provided for your convenience. A $100 fee will be charged for any lost badges during your stay.
-There is room for one car in driveway. One additional parking pass for street parking is also provided. A charge of $275 will occur for an unreturned parking pass.
Additional House Rules:
- We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- No prom stays.
- No alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21.
- No smoking on the property.
- Eight (8) beach badges are provided for your convenience. There is a $100 charge for each lost beach badge.
- A street parking pass is also provided. There is a $275 charge for a lost or unreturned parking pass.
