Located in a gorgeous area of this mountain lake part of TN is an Almost 4000 sq feet home with 7 bedrooms perfect for a large family and friends get together! This home is newly built in 2023. Large private dock with upper deck, slide, jump gate and covered slip below. Situated back in the cove behind Flat Hollow Marina where a no wake zone makes it perfect for floating and playing. We provide a large water mat for fun!
Enjoy the dock and water by day and relax in the hot tub at night!
The kitchen is stocked with everything the cooks will need: 48" gas range, double refrigerators, deep sink, double dishwashers, ice maker etc. Plenty of counter space to prep and seating for everyone. All utensils, cookware, glassware etc are provided. We also offer a large outdoor grill for those that love to BBQ.
This home can sleep 27.
Flat Hollow is a full service marina with a great restaurant, store, rentals and live music!

The grandeur of the mountains and serenity of the water make it the perfect place to spend time. This property has 7 large bedrooms all offering ensuite connections. The no wake zone is the perfect place to swim, paddle and float for lake enthusiasts of all ages.
What makes this property unique
7 large bedrooms. 6 full baths, 2 half baths. Huge chef's kitchen with 2 full refrigerators and a beverage fridge, gas range cooktop with griddle and double ovens. 2 dishwashers and microwave. Fully equipped with small appliances such as crock pot, waffle maker, mixer etc.. and service for 25.
