The almost continuous wall of West-facing windows lining the open-concept kitchen and living spaces offer beautiful views of the ocean framed by windblown Spruce trees in the distance and vibrant Alder trees and greenery across the street. Just off the living room, the deck is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the waves roll in and people walk by on Front Street below.
Conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, pack up a picnic and spend the afternoon beachcombing, reading a good book, or strolling in the surf. Feeling adventurous? After a full day of exploring the beach, the trails, and the town, turn on the huge 60 inch living room Smart TV and feel like you’re in a theater as you enjoy your favorite movie or show. The electric fireplace makes the living room feel even cozier.
When it’s time to recharge, the primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and another 50 inch Smart TV for watching one more episode of your favorite show before drifting off to sleep. The primary Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and convenient living room access.

Very clean, comfortable unit in a great location. The unit is located above a commercial storefront in downtown Seabrook. Very convenient walk to Restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you found the unit clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It's wonderful that you enjoyed the convenience of being close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We hope to welcome you back soon!
The amenities were lovely. We had a couple hiccups with the check in. The entrance doors were not clearly defined in the check-in message and the parking was not clear. There were parking passes in the unit but nothing to indicate what parking spot was ours. Thankfully the hospitality office was still open so they directed us to the right spot. Also, there were no wi-fi instructions/passwords in the unit so we had to get those at the office as well. For future guests, a map of the parking lot with space hi-lighted would be great, as well as the wi-fi instructions. The fridge was off (the breaker switch had flipped) so it too a while for it to get to temperature for our refrigerated items we brought along. All in all, though, great stay and we would stay there again.
