Morningside is tucked into a peaceful corner of the Farm District. This cottage is thoughtfully appointed for a couple’s retreat or small family getaway.

You’ll love the covered front porch in all seasons. Sip your favorite beverage as you watch Seabrook wake up or grill dinner on the Weber BBQ after a day of activities. You’re welcome to snip some fresh herbs from our garden to add to your meal. Settle in to watch a movie or listen to your favorite tunes with the ROKU soundbar. The warm glow of the gas fireplace adds ambience to any occasion.

The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware, utensils, and seasonings. The extendable dining table comfortably seats four for meals and game night.

The main floor has one bedroom with a king bed and a smart tv. There’s a full bathroom with a bathtub.

The loft is accessed by a ladder with a self-closing safety gate. It has two twin beds, a writing desk suitable for remote work, a smart TV, and a cozy reading nook.

High speed internet supports all your connectivity needs. There is hot and cold water available on the outside faucet to wash off sandy feet and salty dogs.

Morningside is a short walk to the year-round heated outdoor pool, basketball and tennis/pickleball courts, and the playground and dog park. It’s an easy stroll or bike into town and the beach.
