Located directly above the popular Hershey’s Ice Cream shop and just steps from the beach, this unit puts you right in the heart of one of the most vibrant areas along the Gulf Coast.



The beautiful white sands and emerald waters of Perdido Key Beach are just across the street. Simply cross the road and follow the nearby beach access path to spend the day swimming, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying incredible Gulf sunsets.



One of the biggest perks of this location is its walkability. The famous Flora-Bama is only a short stroll away, where you can enjoy live music, great food, and the laid-back beach atmosphere the area is known for. Ice cream, beach shops, restaurants, and coastal activities are all within easy reach.
