**The Vista Waikoloa Association has scheduled a re-tiling project on the lanai of all Vista units. Work has begun and during certain phases of the project, construction noise may be audible.

***The Vista Waikoloa will begin exterior painting of all buildings starting June 17, 2024. It is estimated to take approximately 3 weeks for each building to be completed, however, timelines listed below may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Comfortable Spacious Condo with Great Lanai

Condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is in a quiet location with easy access to stores, restaurants and beaches. We especially enjoyed the views of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa from the lanai.

Peaceful and welcoming

The condo was great, and was as pictured. Its a quite complex with great views of the mountains. The pool and hot tub area is also relaxing and the grounds are well kept. Enjoyed walks in the evening and the sunsets.
