Come relax with the family at this quiet and beautiful, newly remodeled 2 bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a two family home in the peaceful and safe neighborhood in Westchester. We are just 30 minutes from NYC and only a 5 minutes drive to Cross County Mall. We are easily accessible by bus and the Fleetwood and Mt.Vernon West train stations are just a few short blocks away. JFK is 40 minutes away while LaGuardia is a 20 minute drive. Bevy’s Cozy Corner awaits your arrival.
The space
The brand new bathroom invites you for a spa-like feeling.
The kitchen is fully equipped and newly renovated and the apartment has all hardwood flooring. The first bedroom has a new queen mattress just awaiting you for a good night’s rest. The second bedroom features a pullout sofa bed. On a cozy evening, the fire pit in the backyard is available for your enjoyment.
For your assistance, I am easily accessible on the 2nd floor.

Great spot in NY

The apartment waa great. Very clean, plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. The host Beverley was great. She answered all my questions, was very attentive and communicative. I would definitely return and recommend her and her place.
