The second bedroom features a king bed with Smart TV and the third bedroom has a unique bunkbed with a king bed on the bottom and two twin beds elevated above it. The second and third bedrooms shared access to the hallway bathroom. Lounge by the heated pool to soak in the sun or take advantage of the 35 feet of dock space to keep your personal boat during your stay. The upstairs screened balcony features a dining table for 6, built in gas grill, sink, and bar with 3 bar stools. The property is less than a 5 minute walk to the gulf beaches and easily accessible to Pine Avenue to visit shops and restaurants.
