Great place! Nice and quiet, clean, and we saw some deer and turkeys. Amenities were great and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a nice stay!

This was our second stay and I think this will become my new birthday tradition. The cabin is exceptionally clean and comfotable. The view of the surrounding grounds is relaxing and absolutely gorgeous. Communication with the hosts is easy and they are very accommodating. There is a beautiful fire pit that we spent many hours around. Make sure to take advantage of the free tasting and tour at the Casey Jones Distillery right down the road. You will not regret it! I cannot recommend this location enough and I would give it 50 stars if I could!

Little hidden gem!

Quiet and peaceful. Remote location but minutes from downtown Hopkinsville. Host was very kind and informative. Will definitely return!

Visiting western Kentucky

This custom built tiny house doesn’t feel tiny at all. Efficient and welcoming with fantastic privacy and wildlife all around. Karen and Brian provide hospitality and privacy also. We used it as home base for exploring western KY and local distillery visits, Perfect!!

Peaceful and Quiet

I chose this spot for a mom-day-off and it was exactly what I needed! The property has a secluded feeling despite being just a 15 min drive to go eat or get groceries. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond for me with considerate touches that made me feel like more than just a guest in their rental!

Exactly what we were looking for

This property was excellent. It has everything you need, is extremely quiet and secluded, but close enough to Hopkinsville that whatever you might want is only 15 minutes away. It was extremely clean. Everything was provided, even fire supplies! A night here is a perfect getaway from the city life of Nashville. Katie was awesome at communicating from beginning to end. Never out of reach. I will definitely keep this property in mind to return in the future.

The property was amazing. Waking up to teh quiet and the wildlife right out the front door was the best to a weekend get away. The host was the best. Quick to respond and accommodate to the needs of the stay. Couldn't ask for better.

Oh, I wish we could have stayed longer! Katie and Brian have provided everything needed for a comfortable, restful stay. I can see myself returning here for some necessary down time later on. Loved it!
