Beautiful bright apartment overlooking Broadway in Music City. Quick, convenient walk to many attractions, restaurants, and bars. Perfect location to explore the city!

The Space:
This historic building was built in the early 1900's. The original pocket doors and large windows bring a unique feel to this home away from home.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment privately as well as the common areas.

The Neighborhood:
Midtown is one of the few walking areas of Nashville. You can get to many restaurants, bars, and live music venues by crossing the street.

Getting Around:
I prefer to use Uber for transport, but there is also a bus stop within one block.

Other Things to Note:
There is an info book inside the apartment with pertinent information when you arrive.

We value privacy and are very hands-off with guests. We prepare fully for our guests prior to arrival and do not anticipate the need for help in person or via messenger. If your questions are not answered in the information booklet or welcome message please feel free to contact us via Airbnb messenger. Any maintenance concerns or additional needs will only be addressed between the hours of 8am-2pm Monday-Friday.

Great location for a night out

Perfect place to stay if you are planning to go out for drinks, food and live music. A basic apartment that serves its purpose and is a great value. Super close walk to bars and restaurants.

Good enough

The place was clean but you had to wait for the toilet to refill after flushing before there was water to wash hands in the sink. We didn't even try to use the shower. I'm guessing the water in the kitchen sink constantly running didn't help. Other than the environmental impact of the water running in the sink, we didn't mind that noise as the a/c unit is right next to the bed. The mattress wasn't great but linens were fine. I would stay there again, if the price goes down, simply for the location. We were only in the rental for less than 12 hours so none of the issues really mattered to us.

Cozy little nook.

Very inviting, wonderful location, convenient to several restaurant and pubs. Very CLEAN, CHARMING Historic Feel. Will stay again!

This was a very cute place inside. It was well cleaned and taken care of - just an older property.

This was a nice place to stay but it wasn’t what I expected. At present, there is construction going on in front of and next to. There is also a bar right across the parking lot that played live music into the morning - easily heard. If you are bothered by noise, I would hesitate. The building is old - they keep the inside up well but the shower and faucets are weak and leaky. Lastly, more information could have been shared about the heating and air situation- it was fine, but since the features are old, I wasn’t sure what to use or if it was usable. They had fans and space heaters, so I wasn’t sure if it was allowed to use the wall units. I appreciate the stay - it was what we needed and worked fine - just sharing thoughts for others to know what to expect.
