Arrived 5-1-24 was to leave 5-3-24 Got confirmation, never got where to puck up keys, called vrbo couldn't get a hold of host.. So im down there money tied up no place to stay..Vrbo put ne in hotel one night. Then i had to pay $150 damage deposit, will get that back 3- 5 business days.Called Vrbo trying to get refund from room they escalated it. Third day ive heard nothing in no hurry to refund my money. I have finally called my bank. So DO NOT RENT FROM HOST UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STRANDED AND HAVE YOUR MONEY TIED UP FOR WHO THE HELL KNOWS..
