You’ll find everything you need for a convenient and comfortable getaway to Music City in this riverfront condo. The balcony overlooks the Cumberland River, and it’s the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee (which is supplied) or end it with a sundowner. At mealtime, the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast – or just a snack to fuel you on your explorations.

When it’s time to explore, check out Nashville by foot or bike: you’re right across the street from the Cumberland River Greenway, an 11.9-mile long trail that will take you into the heart of the Arts District to the south or Germantown and beyond to the north. Broadway is also only 1.7 from your vacation home. If you’d rather drive, you’re minutes from all of Nashville’s attractions. There’s a shared pool at the complex if you’d rather work on your tan all day.

When you return in the evening, bask in the central AC while you make dinner. Get comfortable on the sofa or one of the armchairs in the living room to stream your favorite shows, or watch TV from bed in the bedroom suite.

It was great location to downtown maybe 15-20 min walk but not hard or dangerous Very clean and good parking, close by restaurants and sight seeing places to just walk to

Cute little place. A 3rd floor walk up so was work to get luggage upstairs. The kitchen had dishes and pots but no spices /oil for cooking. We made do. Would definitely stay again, and come prepared! Walking distance to ballpark was an added bonus!

The apartment needs a remodel. Poor lightning, just lamps, floors were cracking and had soft spots, tub was disgusting, very noisy due to construction and host did not mention this, no elevator so you can’t accommodate all guests, not enough towels for the guests for the duration of their stay, stains on the carpet, and the sliding door doesn’t open or lock properly(there is a stick to keep people from coming inside). I will not stay at this apartment again. The view and location was great that is ALL!

Nashville dream trip

Door lock was broken couldnt go out until it was repaired. Missed our first night reservations. All night party in unit below us so very little sleep.

Happily Recommend

I really love being along the river and watching the barges and boats go by and occasionally geese. The apartment is plenty spacious for the two of us. We have stayed here twice and plan to stay again. The parking is good and under a roof. We do end up with the third floor, so if this isn't good for you, then I suggest requesting ground floor. The walk to the Honky Tonks is only twenty minutes. It is also very easy to get to off of the highway.

Dirty and bed bugs?

Let’s but it this way. One of the guest staying go what we thought were spider bites. We now believe them to be bed bug bites after more research. There’s so much more I could say but this is enough.

The bed needs help. Lumpy. Did not sleep well. Full size. Too small for two people. There was a cobweb with a bug in it by the bathroom sink. The deck was two old. Felt like it was unstable. Needed sweeping.

The place was ok! But they advertised pic looked very different than actual place. Pretty view, but dirty patio with lots of spider webs! Inside apt, couches were kind of old, and pull out was super uncomfortable. But worst part of all is we accidentally left some stuff there and they wanted to charge me $25 to see if they could locate! Still waiting on a call🎃

Not clean and awful smell

This property was not very clean. The bathroom shower curtain was very moldy and the rugs looked like they hadn’t been washed in a very long time. There was limited pillows and no extra pillow cases. When we walked in the apartment smelt very moldy, so much that we had to go buy air freshener. The bedroom closet smelt like onions, had to keep the door shut the entire time. The location is close to downtown which was the only plus of the weekend.

Good place/no local contact

I don’t recommend this accommodation because there was no local contact. We did not receive a key to the laundry room/pool/fitness room. I texted but didn’t hear back.We had to have laundry done because we couldn’t access the washer/dryer. I stayed in another Vacasa that had someone local to help with issues which was great. The unit is basic but comfortable. It’s a good value for Nashville. The building is older and could use some upgrades. In general it was fine. There is an awkward cabinet in the hall that my husband hit his head on. Definitely a hazard that should be removed. And it only had one wastepaper basket with nothing for kitchen garbage or recycling. The riverfront balcony is wonderful but hadn’t been cleaned this year. Also the door to the balcony doesn’t lock. Was it ok? Yes Would I stay there again? No. I would stay in another Vacasa as long as a local contact is provided.

Great location, no communication with the property manager

First I’ll start with the positives. It was clean and it was nice to have a keypad to check in and not have to worry about coordinating keys. TVs and appliances are pretty new, and the kitchen is well-stocked. On the downside, we could not get a response from the property manager regarding any questions. I tried with both text and email. One of them was, “where is the pool and how do we get in”? This property is quite large and the pool is tucked at one end, into a complex that looks like it’s a separate building. You need a key to get into the pool which we weren’t left with. Also, I was staying here with a girlfriend and there was no hairdryer even though the listing said there was. This was annoying since both of us have really long hair. The lighting in the master bedroom is nonexistent. There is one table lamp and no overhead lighting. Makes it really hard to see things when getting ready. The bathtub drain would not hold a seal and we ran out of hot water. The pillows and bedding were very poor quality. There was no trashcan in the kitchen. The nightstands in the bedroom were laughably small so you couldn’t put anything on them. Also, we were awakened one morning by a very loud train whistle and another morning by a very loud party boat. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, unless maybe going to a Tennessee Titans game because you’re within walking distance of the stadium.
