When entering, you’ll be more than pleased with the natural light illuminating the open-concept layout. The space feels like it’s out of a magazine, decorated thoughtfully with luxe decor and furnishings throughout.
The living room has a Smart TV, comfortable seating that turns into a sofa bed, and gives access to a balcony that overlooks the beautiful Cumberland River. Enjoy your morning brew outside on the bistro table and plan your day of adventures.
Back inside, the eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with the main appliances in addition to a Keurig, blender, and toaster for your convenience! There are 3 comfortable stools at the extended counter for you to enjoy your meals.
When you’re ready to turn in for the evening, a cozy King-sized bed awaits you in the main bedroom. The bedroom, like the rest of the unit, is completely furnished to make you feel right at home. The spacious closet offers plenty of room to store clothes and has a built-in vanity to get ready at. Steps away, the renovated ensuite bathroom is equipped with a standup shower.
With being just 0.9 miles from Broadway, this property is all about access. You’ll have privacy at the start and end of your day but the ability to be in the heart of downtown within minutes. From the property, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the Cumberland River or jump into a Uber/Lyft to explore Nashville’s biggest attractions. There are also noteworthy bars and restaurants that are under a 10-minute walk from the home.
