This property is so perfect!! we easily walked into town to the bars and restaurants! The view is outstanding overlooking the river and the place was very well maintained and had everything you need to enjoy your stay!! I don’t think I’ll ever book anywhere else when I come to Nashville!

The condo was just as we expected and we liked that when we walked in the air was turned down so it was nice and cool on a hot day! We also loved the convenience of being able to walk where ever we wanted to go. Our only suggestions were a better description of location of things on the property like the pool and garbage. We really like the mirrors to get ready, but better lighting would help. And lastly the pullout bed wasn't super comfortable, so maybe making a mattress pad available would be nice. Would definitely stay here again though!!

Overall great

Location was good if you don't mind walking if headed to Broadway. Seating could be imporoved as couch is not comfortable for sitting. Sleeping on the pullout was fine, just sitting makes you slide forward. Very clean and well stocked.

Perfect Location

This property was clean and within walking distance to downtown Nashville/Broadway. We loved the pool and the covered parking and we will definitely visit again

I would not recommend staying here. For starters, there is construction going on (even on the weekend). The walls are paper thin so you can hear the construction in addition to the people living above and next to the apartment. I could even hear the conversations going on in the other apartments. Any movement from upstairs you could hear. The “gym” was under renovation and was supposed to be updated in the summer. But we stayed in October and there were only a few dumbbells and barely any equipment. The laundry is not in the apartment either and is on the opposite end of the complex. This goes for the pool too. The pool almost seemed to belong to the complex next door and was not close to the apartment. As far as the apartment, from the outside it looks nice. But everything was incredibly cheap. The couch was clearly broken and was on a tilt. Picture frames were coming off the walls. The hook in the bathroom fell off the wall. And the cabinet behind the toilet was hanging on by a thread. The pans were old and dirty. We tried using the stove which was “locked” so we couldn’t, even though the listing clearly states that an oven is available. We brought our concerns to management, who only offered to let us check out an hour later. Not sure how this could have solved anything. There are so many places available to stay in Nashville. I would say save your money and stay somewhere else! Not worth it.

Nashville stay

Cute place along the river. The neighborhood is just ok, a little noisy at night. A couple blocks away it’s a lot nicer. Very close to Sounds Stadium.

Nice riverfront condo

The condo was decorated nicely. The location was close to Broadway, only a short walk away. There is construction to the road currently but it didn't cause any noise or problems for getting around. The neighborhood felt safe even at 3 am.

It was ok

Overall our stay was ok. A cute small suite, decorated fairly well. The suite was pretty clean, however had a strong mildew smell, and a couple minor issues such as; a broken handle on the shower, the curtain rod over the sliding door was pulled almost completely out and a kitchen cabinet door was missing. A few small issues, but fixing them could make a bit of an impact on a guest’s impression and experience.

Needs attention

The curtain rod over the sliding door is coming out of the wall, the cabinet over the toilet in the RR is also pulling out of the wall. Overall the place is good, but attention to detail is needed in several areas. Also providing paper towels is kind of an essential….. and there were none. The silverware was horrible! The forks bent and the knives wouldn’t cut butter!

Nice Little Place

Overall, the place was clean. The kitchen is outfitted with everything needed to make a meal. The bed was comfortable. The apartment is well decorated. The neighbors were quiet. We liked the covered parking. There were big boxes stored in the closet, which made it hard to hang our clothes. Attention to detail could be improved such as making sure all light bulbs are working, a towel bath mat provided for stepping out of the shower, and that the balcony is cleared of spider webs. The location is a little out of the way, but doable. It’s a 20 minute walk down to Broadway. We rented scooters for the 3 days we were there, but beware. Nashville has restrictions on the scooters. They shut off at 10 pm so don’t count on them to get back to the apartment late at night. The scooters are also inoperable on Vanderbilt. Campus and other various areas.

Just alight….

Overall, this stay was just ok. Generally the unit was as described but here are things worth noting - 1. Unit was clean, but hadn’t had a deep clean in a while. Why is this important? All of the vents were disgusting. I mean, layers of dust on them. Gross. As were the baseboards and trim. Not something I usually note, so it had to be bad if I noticed. 2. Couch was the most uncomfortable couch ever. And all we were trying to do is sit on it and watch tv. It appeared the pullout sofa had collapsed and all you did was slide forward. But I cannot confirm that as we didn’t use the pullout. We just tried to sit on the couch. There were no good seating options in the living space. 3. Balcony was nice but so full of cobwebs and other bug debris, it was not pleasant to go out on. 4. People commenting on the train noise were spot on. I wasn’t really concerned about this as I sleep with earplugs and my husband can sleep through anything, but it is loud and comes through early in the morning. 5. Internet was spotty. Not a big deal for us, but did effect TV and wouldn’t be ideal if you needed to work. Positives - there was an adequate supply of things (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc) and checking in was seamless.

We had several issues, sliding glass door to patio did not lock. Refrigerator door would not close properly you had to push it close to stop it from popping open. Handle on glass door to shower was broken, this was reported to them back in August and never fixed. Water started leaking out of the vent in the bathroom while I was on the toilet, had to put a towel on my head as not to get wet. It however did not leak the next day. The bedroom door does not close has the floor is very warped. It has a very strong mildew order. We contacted the management team when the water started to leak and they said they had a maintenance team in the area that was 10am at noon they had not showed up so I contacted them again and they said they would be here at 1:00pm. 1:45pm they still had not shown up we told them to forget it until we checked out as we did not want to waist our whole day waiting for them. I told them we booked this place with confidence that we were getting a well maintained home and that I feel for our inconvenience we should get a partial refund. Last communication was they were working the issues and did not have an answer yet but wanted me to know they got myt message. That was yesterday at 10:31am, and have heard nothing back. Very disappointed in the whole place.

Nashville Girls weekend

We had so much fun it was a great walk to downtown and back. We felt safe and walked to the Mexican restaurant Locals a few night which is only a block away. The bed wasn’t super comfortable, but the view and stay was great.

It was ok.

When we got here the lock did not work. It also stopped working again later in the day. The location was nice. It was a fairly loud unit. Not well insulated so was woken early every day by people upstairs. The couch was not comfortable to sit in at all. Also there were a cray about do fruit flies.

Just as advertised. Worked perfect.

We have no complaints. The maintenance guy stopped by one time to tell us that the unit above us may have had trouble that might affect us just as a precaution, but it never did. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Nashville area.
