Perfect!

My sister and I stayed at the VRBO. We loved the river and watched birds and other animals every morning. The place is clean, comfy and quiet. We could walk to downtown and other neighborhoods.

Perfect

The room was great, especially for a couples getaway. The balcony was nice over looking the river. Definitely walking distance to broadway. Would only suggest walking during day and Uber back.

Nashville Oasis

River sanctuary within walking distance to downtown. This rental overlooks the Cumberland River, you can sit on the deck and watch all the river wildlife as you drink your morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon cocktail. The walk to downtown is a pleasant .9 mile walk along the river. As with any city today, you are likely to see the presence of homelessness so daylight walks to town and nighttime Uber rides are probably best. But we never felt unsafe during our morning and daytime walks. This walk is also really great if you’re bringing a dog. There was a nice basket of snacks waiting for us. The electric fireplace was enjoyed. The bed and linens were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Very enjoyable stay. Close to downtown, to walk. Quiet neighborhood and relaxing views. The condo looks just like the pictures and is very comfortable.
