Riverfront view walk to Broadway

Clean no frills spot in a great location. We didn't rent a car and walked to Germantown, Broadway and downtown. Priced well and has what you need. Very cool on the river watching the tugs and barges during morning coffee. Outstandingvacommunication from Rebecca.

Very clean and cozy

The condo was very clean! The view was great, we could even see a smidgen of the titans stadium. The water pressure in the shower was PHENOMENAL. We had everything we needed. We felt safe and there was plenty of parking.

We had a wonderful time during our stay and the location was so perfect to walk to Germantown and Broadway. Pictures accurately reflect this charming condo. Owner was very responsive. Place was clean upon arrival. Highly recommend!

Birthday in Nashville

We enjoyed our stay very much. Super cute and cozy and the views of the river are amazing. Walking distance to German town. We ubered everywhere else for around 8$. The bed was also super comfortable. We will be back next time we are in town!

Nice stay in Music City

This property was just as the pics discribed. It was very clean inside and the bed was very comfy. There were bottles of water and a few snacks to welcome us. The amentites were very nice. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 on cleanliness is because the balcony needed cleared of spider webs, swept and the furniture cleaned off. Overall an excellant stay and I would highly recommend.

Walk to Downtown Nashville

We loved this apartment. It was very walkable to downtown Nashville - you can walk to Broadway in about 15 minutes. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was easy. The condo was well stocked. We especially enjoyed the very comfortable bed and nice sheets. It was nice to have a selection of coffee, water and snacks. We highly recommend this place.

The host was extremely easy to communicate with and the place was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. We had a total of 4 adults on our trip which the space accommodated perfectly. The only small, kind of weird thing, was that there's no door to the bedroom and the wall between the bedroom and living room has cutouts. So, if someone wants to change or go to bed earlier than others, this was a little tricky, but definitely not a game deal breaker and we'll be staying with the host again next time we're in Nashville!

This is a perfect spot close to downtown (15-25 min walk to most popular places). It was enough room for us and my two dogs. The condo is clean, safe and Rebecca communicates just the right amount to check in on you. I would definitely come back!

Riverfront Condo in Nashville

Nice condominium located near downtown Nashville . Large covered parking area. The condo itself is well-furnished and comfortable. For July 4th weekend, the space was relatively quiet as well. This is a nice spot from which to venture out in Nashville. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in Nashville.

Perfect for us

Great condo! It had everything we needed to be comfortable for a Nashville visit. Well equipped and perfectly clean. Wonderful river view. Rebecca was a great communicator. Highly recommended. (Note: It is about a 1-mile walk to the clubs on Broadway. We loved the walking, but might not be for everyone. I'm sure Ubers would be available but we never tried.)
