Get location to take advantage of the things Nashville has to offer. Broadway is is short walk through a park away.After exploring you get to return to a quiet, clean location with a great view.

Perfect Location

The owners were so receptive and attentive. They even let us check in early because of our flight landing early! In addition, the place was super clean, had everything we needed, and was cutely decorated. There was a lot of construction during this time, so that was our only set back!

Overall, we were happy we booked. The unit shows its age a bit, but not in a way that gets in the way of your stay. The units are a bit tucked away...in a somewhat industrial part of Nashville. That said, we were able to walk to lots of places (these walks were 10-30 minutes one way). At the time we stayed, there was lots of construction going on nearby (roadwork, buildings being renovated, etc.). So, soon the area should have quite a "new" feel to it. Noise wise, you can hear the tenants above and to either side. But, everyone was respectful and seemed to keep to the "quiet hours."The owner is quite friendly and responds quickly.

This place is awesome!

Great location within walking distance to downtown and Germantown! Of course it’s even easier and more fun with the rental scooters! Beautiful view of the Cumberland from the back porch where you can sit and watch the barges float by! Owner was very responsive, a slight hiccup we found when we checked in was handled promptly. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Weekend Spot

While in town for a race in downtown Nashville, this was a convenient spot for my sister and I to stay! Parking was easy, there were always scooters available to rent to ride downtown. Place was nice and clean with plenty of easy instructions! Would stay again next time I visit!

Everything went really great. Walking distance to the Nashville Municipal Auditorium. The king mattress could be replaced soon but every bed is different in the world. LolThe Manager was amazing

Quiet retreat

The property was very nicely decorated. Nice attention to small details to make the stay more enjoyable. Very clean and comfy. Nice and quiet with a nice view of the river.

Great stay on the river

We loved this spot on the river. We had one 80 degree day and spent a few hours that afternoon sitting by the pool. Broadway is an easy one mile walk along the river. I highly recommend renting scooters as well. Great trip.

Much needed adults weekend

My husband and I came down to Nashville for a concert. This place was the percect stay for a short getaway. It was close enough to everything, yet just far enough away to have peace and quiet. We loved riding the electric scooters around town! Rebecca's communication was incredible and was able to accommodate our needs.

Fantastic Condo close to everything

This Condo was even better than the pictures. It was Super clean, with comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable living area decorated just beautifully. The little porch overlooking the river was nice and very private. Property manager, Rebecca was super helpful in suggesting things to see and do in Nashville. It was our first time and we highly recommend the Grand ole Opry and 3rd and Lindsley! We’d definitely stay here again!

Condo was what we expected from the pictures. It was well taken care of and clean except for the little balcony. A little cleaning there and more comfortable chairs would make it more pleasant.

The apartment was clean and as pictured in the listing. The building is a bit under construction but that didn’t impact the unit. The owner was very responsive to one issue with the lock.

Attention to Detail

From the decor, to the amenities, to the information about area attractions, Rebecca paid the most attention to detail I have ever experienced! Aside from the usual stock items you would expect to find, There were city maps, attraction brochures, water, snacks, dishwasher detergent, a universal charger, laundry detergent, makeup remover wipes - I’m sure I’m forgetting something. The kitchen was even fully stocked, including a blender, toaster, mixer - you get the point. The unit was thoughtfully decorated and spotless, very comfortable for me, my partner and our 2 dogs. The area was just removed enough from the strip that it was quiet enough for our dogs but close enough that we could take a $7 Uber ride or even walk if we wanted. Rebecca was easy to contact and very responsive/helpful. She was even understanding and easy to work with when one of my pups had a little accident which called for some extra maintenance. I would absolutely choose Rebecca as a host anytime!

Condo was in good condition. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Surrounding areas were under construction which made trips a little bumpy. Walking to downtown was good but had to walk past homeless people who didn't bother you but msde us a little uneasy. After sunset we Ubered as was recommended by our host.Condo was clean but needs to be updated. There were a couple itemsneeding repair which i conveyed to our host. We will guve it a 4 star rating due to the aboveisted reasons.
