Great property especially for a longer stay- facilities and parking were great. Close enough to walk to downtown but not too close to the noise. Easy to get to from airport too. We will definitely be booking this property on our next visit to Nashville too.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and we liked sitting on the back deck with a cup of coffee in the morning. We enjoyed visiting downtown, Broadway St and Bridgestone Arena. We had easy access to the parking garage and there was always room to park no matter what time of the day. Our host was extremely thoughtful and helpful when we booked our trip and also when departing. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.

Our stay was great!! The only slight confusion/challenge we had was getting into the parking garage at check-in but we were able to get it resolved after a while. Otherwise, the apartment was perfect & it was amazing to have the garage!

The property was very cute and clean. The condo was adorable and the host stocked it with everything in the bathroom and kitchen (dishes, cooking pans and utensils) you would need. It was walking distance to the grocery store. The only thing to do is bring your own pool towels, there were none of them in the room. not a deal breaker.

Condo was just as described! We loved the location, and amenities, although our last full day (Friday), the pool became a hang out for 20 somethings and their beverages. We have 2 young kids and didn't feel comfortable being there. That's fine, they had just as much right to be there as we did, just kind of a bummer. The condo itself was clean and well stocked and close to plenty of restaurants, grocery, and things to do! My only complaint is that the knobs on the oven are on the face, not the back splash area and are really easy to bump and accidentally turn on of you're not careful. Also, the microwave is under the countertop, so those two things are easy for kids to mess with. This condo is better suited for adults only, or bigger kids. Over all though, it was a great place to stay and we would stay again!

Very walkable to several places. Perfect for a weekend stay in Nashville! Had some issues with the door codes and parking initially upon arrival but figured it out quickly. Highly recommend!!

The place and description is a little deceiving. If you choose this place be prepared to live out of your suitcase, there isn’t a single drawer to store anything. It appears to me that the owner doesn’t care about the quality of the stuff in the condo. The knives are so dull they are dangerous to use. Next I’ll talk about the view and the outside balcony. The view is overlooking a highway that has constant traffic. If you wanted to sit out there amongst the dirt, you could only hear traffic. I don’t think the balcony has been cleaned in quite some time based on the dirt and spider webs. I will say that thankfully the windows are of a decent quality so you don’t hear the traffic inside. The condo building itself was clean and they did a good job maintaining the pool. I did learn that they are different than the group that manages/hosts this condo. If you want to stay in the building, just don’t rent through the people that manage this automobile. They have a few others in the building. Buyer beware!
