The Space:
Upon entry, you’ll get a warm welcome to music city with a vintage Nashville sign mounted in the living room. The space offers a sofa bed, smart TV, fireplace, and access to the outside balcony with patio furniture and river view.

The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a meal from home with a full suite of appliances and a toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, and wine ware for your convenience. A cutout from the kitchen wall provides sightlines into the living and dining area. Here, you’ll find a chic dining table for 4 where you can enjoy a morning brew or evening hor 'd oeuvres overlooking the Cumberland River.

The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between the main bedroom and a sofa bed. The primary suite is outfitted with a King bed, smart TV, and luxe linen. Steps away, a full bathroom features a walk-in shower and tub.

We found the condo to meet our expectations. It was clean with a nice riverside view. The area seemed fine during the day, but a little sketchy at night. An additional supply of towels within the unit would have been nice. Overall, a great value.

Location was great, convenient to everything. Check-in and check-out was easy and property manager was quick to respond. Condo is charming and exactly as described. Parking at condo was a big plus. Would stay in this condo again.

Beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed watching the sweet critters outside. Very short drive to everything. Would definitely stay again. We would have liked to walk to some of the venues but didn’t feel comfortable doing that with the homeless population living in the park just next door.

Everything was great enjoyed the apartment! Only suggestion I have is that you put a nicer mattress on the fold out couch or replace the coach with new one. The bed was the worse one I have ever slept on.

Nashville fun

It was just my wife and I. Overall we had a very good experience! Very close to Germantown. A bit of a walk to downtown but not bad. A lot of construction going on right now, but didn’t hinder our stay.

Great Property! Great location!

We loved our stay at the Riverfront Condos! 5 mins to downtown by Uber. Quiet. Loved watching the river traffic. Brewery 3 min walk away. Condo was all we needed and more. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

Convenient

Within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to do. (Less than a mile.) We also loved being on the river and seeing the groundhogs everyday. The condo itself was clean and comfy, however the sofa needs to be replaced. It’s broken on one side. The dip in the hallway near the bathroom is also a trip hazard as one other reviewer mentioned. It can easily be stepped over, but will catch you off guard if you’re not careful. It also includes everything needed to cook full meals if you’re staying more than a couple of days. The walls are also kind of thin and walking can be heard from the upstairs unit. Overall, it was a great place for us and we’d recommend staying here if you don’t want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Girls Nashville Trip

This was the perfect location for enjoying Nashville. Most things were walking distance. It was easy to find and close to the highway system. The rooms were clean except for the floor. That could have used a good mopping. I would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting Nashville.

Cute little condo

Small but cute. Convenient parking. Had pretty much everything we needed for a short stay (etc no spatula to flip an egg). Good location on the river and only about a mile or so from lower Broadway. Only other negatives- the couch was so “broken in” and uncomfortable we used the bed to watch TV. Only 4/5 for cleanliness because I killed two bugs and the outdoor patio could’ve been wiped down. Lots of cob webs and insect droppings.

Nashville Stockyard Area

Property was just as expected and very good. Only bad points (not the property fault) is there is a ton of construction in the area and lots of road closures as a result, so getting to/from takes some figuring out. Also, I don’t know whether the upstairs unit is owner occupied, but they were stomping and banging around well into the night.

Nashville getaway

It was a nice place out of the craziness and noise of downtown. The small balcony was enjoyable looking out at the Cumberland River. The trains did not bother us. We didn’t mind the mile walk to downtown. The bed was very comfortable. Nicely equipped kitchen and tastefully modern. It was great for just 2 people although a bit pricey based on the location The only downfall was I felt the floors were dirty. All the socks I wore ended up pretty brown on the bottoms. All in all we enjoyed ourselves.

Nice place BUT….

The property was dirty! After walking around on bare feet the first day my feet were black. The deck was also so dirty with massive cobwebs. Other than than not too bad. Also a long walk to Broadway area especially in the heat.

Nice spot along the river. 20 minute walk to broadway or 3-5 minute uber scooter best value they have them right there for you. only downfall is that you are not close to any gas stations or Walgreens or store of some sort if you want to grab anything for Vrbo. Have to uber to get or walk 30 minutes. Germantown is nice next to property some good restaurants within ten minute walk. Nice and quiet for when you don't feel like dealing with downtown life. overall what was expected. would suggest complimentary coffee for folks with late check in for following morning.

Convenient and great kitchen

The condo is very nice and in good shape and we slept well. We were happy there, but there are a few odd things. One is that it is right by the railroad tracks, so access is unusual. There are absolutely no drawers in the bedroom for clothes. The TV service was limited with no standard cable or live stations. The TV and drawers were a little inconvenient, but not enough to be a problem for us. Late checkout was granted which was extremely helpful for me.
